Luckily I did get the package, but so upset that I wasted my time all due to them not paying attention.

Wearing a mask is not a law. If you have an underlying health condition or difficulty breathing…read morewhile you're wearing a mask you actually do not have to wear the mask according to the CDC's recommendations/guidelines. Also under the Americans with disability act we are protected and arw supposed to be taken care of without being told we cannot be served with out a mask ! Also the employee that tries to refuse me service was wearing a mask under his nose and the other time he serviced me HE Was not wearing a mask !!!!! Just because you can wear a mask and you're OK with wearing one doesn't mean that it's a one size fits all situation. People have both mental and physical disabilities that prevent them from wearing a mask and there needs to be some kind of respect and please and understanding that everyone is not the same. Sharing this screen shot form the cdcs website to hopefully help the workers here understand what the true recommendation is.

I think I got everything but every time I look around I notice more things. The worker, maybe owner, Jon Jon/Johnny is really nice and quick at his job. I had 276 double sided pages that needed to be copied and it's taken about 15 minutes. Definitely recommend this small, quiet location as there aren't any Staples or Kinkos in the area.

This place has all that but the people that work here downright stink. I was here yesterday with my cousin and for 10 minutes they didn't even acknowledge her as she stood at the mailing desk. Mind you, there was 3-4 employees standing around doing, what seemed like, nothing. Its a shame that customer service at this place is severely low. I work in retail and that is the number one thing you are taught, "Help the customer" Even when they are rude. You should just try your best. The workers seem to just really hate everything.
