The primary function of a POST OFFICE!!! And this is not the first issue I've had with this branch. The place is closed at inopportune times randomly, and the staff always sound like they don't want to do their jobs, either. This place needs to be shut down, and everyone in it fired. I get that you're working through stressing situations thanks to the idiotic trash government we have right now, but when you can't even fulfill the primary purpose of a POSTAL office, to SHIP PACKAGES, it's time to go! She told me to go to another post office, even though there were two other workers there and they're all supposed to be able to lift far more than 15 lb. I avoid going there whenever possible, even though it is the post office that is closest to my house. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this post office. I had previously submitted a form and received a letter asking me to include additional information--information that was already part of the original packet. To make matters more frustrating, the representative advised me to send back only the requested item and not include the rest of the materials. That makes no sense, since it would likely result in another delay or another letter asking for missing information again. Overall, the experience was confusing and disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues, because the service has clearly declined. There use to be a tall man in there that really knew what he was doing and got you out fast and everything was accurate but now, I'm sorry you need to new professional staffing that knows what they're doing or new management. This was one of the most reliable post offices I could count on, but not now. I'm not even sure my change of address even got to the correct place. I'm still waiting and this was 2 weeks ago. I didn't get a confirmation from the representative or anything.

I needed a few hundred stamps for work & the women working behind the counter were very friendly and pleasant. There is hardly ever any line and when there is it moves quickly. The post masters here are friendly and knowledgeable.
