This post office used to be great, but unfortunately I can't give it a good review anymore. The staff are unprofessional and often loud, and it doesn't seem like they work well together. During my recent visit, I went in to complete a change-of-address form. After filling it out and handing it in, the employee assisting me didn't even know what the next step was. I had previously submitted a form and received a letter asking me to include additional information--information that was already part of the original packet. To make matters more frustrating, the representative advised me to send back only the requested item and not include the rest of the materials. That makes no sense, since it would likely result in another delay or another letter asking for missing information again. Overall, the experience was confusing and disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues, because the service has clearly declined. There use to be a tall man in there that really knew what he was doing and got you out fast and everything was accurate but now, I'm sorry you need to new professional staffing that knows what they're doing or new management. This was one of the most reliable post offices I could count on, but not now. I'm not even sure my change of address even got to the correct place. I'm still waiting and this was 2 weeks ago. I didn't get a confirmation from the representative or anything. read more

The girls working at this store were extremely unprofessional, and their attitude was horrible. My mother went there to return some items, and when the staff realized she couldn't understand very well, they became very disrespectful toward her. I had to go back with her, and even then they still had a very bad attitude, as if they didn't want to work. People who actually have the desire to help customers and do their job properly should be in those positions. read more

Extremely unsafe letter carriers in 19154. They back out onto major roads without looking and come close to causing accidents on Medford Rd. They never curb their wheels. They leave the rear door of the LLV open a couple inches instead of locking it. Your mail is definitely not safe and it's just a matter of time until one of them crashes. Every day when my mailman comes to my house I can hear him talking very loud on his phone on my porch. Management at this facility NEVER does street observations like they're supposed to. And they want to raise prices? For what? Unsafe, distracted drivers and bosses that don't give a fudge? We'll see what OIG thinks about the pics and photos that my doorbell camera records every day... read more

I am unsure about why there are so many bad reviews. This is a typical post office replete with the expected lazy, rude, slow union employees; delivery snafus; and understaffing. To those who complain about lost mail, if a mailing is important simply pay extra for very safe Registered Mail. It will travel more slowly but at least it will get there! By the way, USPS is by far the most reliable common carrier in my experience. FedEx never even knocks on our door; they merely leave a note that pretended that they had. we are then forced to spend hours going through FedEx's horrible phone maze and driving to a zero-security pharmacy to retrieve my $12,000 packages. Why is a pharmacy even storing my packages? But sometimes, FedEx delivers my parcels to a neighbor and has the nerve tp forge my signature. FedEx is the delivery service from H*ll. And UPS is barely a notch better. Stick with USPS, even this awful office. It is by far the lesser of three evils. read more

terrible place, slow, selfish they act like they know what they are doing and to your surprise they don't. they don't give you information about how to contact the postmaster general. how could you not know that information? because they don't want to be reported. they got a new manager in there that came to speak to me that looked like he was asleep in the office. just terrible!!!!! the old days of service is over with these lazy young people that just come out for a check and shame on the older genera for hiring just anybody. sucks! read more

Easy to send packages. You can get in and out with convenience. Great value on when you send packages.

When I came in on this day, I breezed in and out. Other times its packed out the door with customers, mostly angry as they wait in line. The staff was yapping for some time with some of the customers, but they had enough staff working so my wait wasn't too horrible. They were great on customer service and making the customer feel important from what I can tell through their conversations with certain people who were in the lines ahead of me. This one customer was an older lady, who maybe don't have someone to talk to during the day and the worker listened for like ten minutes as she told a story of her cat. The wait time was about 20 minutes- which to me isn't bad, compared to other times I've been at this location. Me and another customer were just looking at each other as we watched the old lady talk and talk as we are waiting to get checked out. Once I got to the desk, I got my stamps and was on my way. It was a basic transaction, the employee was friendly and could tell I wanted to get out of there and the talk was minmal, just how I like it! read more

This P.O. is absolutely horrible. From management down to the carriers. Mail they are too lazy to put at the door they stuff in my duplex lock box/mailbox and I have yo rip the box apart to get it out on my side. I had fit bits they misdelivered in a neighbors box $100, they kept it. I was trying to resolve the situation from October to February. A letter of non delivery would help me get a new shipment and management (after 3 visits and 6 unreturned phone calls, and still via management no returned call!) They say hos has it marked "delivered" so they won't do a thing. I'm 39 I have never in my life seen anything like this it's a nightmare. I'm on 9500 state rd, the end of their day, and I get "final notices" I never got the 1st or 2nd. I'm missing mail constantly. I keep getting personal mail from the gentleman who resided here before me, I went there to stop it, and it did only for a few months. Now back to this again. Forget the attitude of workers at the front desk. They are always miserable. I hate going there. I miss Tacony. It's a new stress for me knowing other people are getting your mail, or just not getting it at all can lead me in trouble w IRS. Stressful. Ridiculous, and costly. read more

Update 12/8/19 I've been using informed delivery since it was released to know what mail is being delivered. On Monday 12/2/19, I was getting 9 pieces of mail. 7 of which was junk mail/flyers. 2 of them were regular mail pieces but only 1 of them was delivered. The missing piece of mail was a check. So when it didn't arrive Monday, I waited until a few days as some mail shown on Informed Delivery doesn't come the same day. So after nothing on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, I decided to call. The man I spoke to said he would talk to the carrier to ask him/her about it and would call me back. 24 hours later, nothing. So I call...again. This time I get a female employee. She tells me that she'll speak to the carrier. She puts me on hold and when she comes back, she tells me that the carrier says all mail he had was delivered that day. Nothing about where it could be and says they can't search for missing mail. So basically, I'm SOL. Now I have to try to call the people who sent it to see if it can be canceled and replaced. If not, I'm just screwed out of a check. This is not OK. There's always an issue with mail from this location. They have NO issues delivering junk mail but not important mail. read more

Terrible experience. Never ever go there for your passport appointment. Scheduled an appointment 1 mont in advance. came there 10 min prior to my scheduled time. They told me to wait until they call me. after 20 min they told me that worker is not there and i have to wait a person from another post office. I believe it will take minimum 1 hour. I didn't have time to wait since i have work. Appointment is appointment and this is not my problem they did not have a worker at this time. Lady asked to come next day at the same time. Ok, got it. Came there next day at the same time, was patiently waiting until they finish with customer. And you know what? they did not call me, they called other person who had appointment. When i asked what about me? This lady told me- yesterday was yesterday, today is today. Really? i didn't know that. Never ever! Awful experience! No respect at all. read more

I used to find this post office okay - minimal wait times and a rather decent, sometimes very friendly, staff. The woman who waited on me today was incredibly rude, from the moment I asked her for a pen (maybe do a better job of stocking those on the forms tables?) to when she slapped a sticker on my package and sent me on my way without a valediction, but instead with silence and her eyes slightly rolled back. Funny enough, she treated the guests ahead of me relatively nicer. Maybe she was annoyed that I had a big package that needed to go overseas, complete with customs forms? Or she didn't want anyone else but her to touch her precious pens? Or perhaps I reminded her of someone she doesn't like? Whatever the reason, her demeanor today is *my* reason for opting to send my international packages through another channel. I wouldn't have minded as much if she was just rude to everyone, but I felt singled out and it made me uncomfortable. It's a shame, too. I've otherwise had satisfactory, even pleasant, visits at this location in the past. But you know what they say about one bad apple. read more

Okay so let me start off by saying I've been using this particular post office for 10 years, it's very close to my house. I had to go in today to purchase some stamps. I hate going in this post office with a passion. There is never any parking! This particular location is always busy! They never have enough staff. They may have 2-3 people at the desk but only 1 are open. It's extremely frustrating! The lines are sometimes 10-15 people deep. I don't frequent often but it's not a coincidence that every time the lines are ridiculous! For people just needing to buy stamps then put a stamp machine in or have an express line. Do something to elevate this issue. The staff is also very rude. It doesn't take much to say hello back. You are a government employee and making a decent living. Stop! Stop being so miserable. Open up another line and maybe you wouldn't be so miserable. The best part about this location is they have a drive up mailbox. Other than that I would avoid at all costs, travel to the Bensaelm location where the lines aren't as long and the service is a tad better. read more

If I can give this branch no stars I would. I went in to pick up a package and the miserable lady by the name Carmen gave me such a hard time for no reason all because I didn't have anything with my new address on it. I had the tracking number, my ID and where the item was supposed to be shipped. I asked for a manager and had to wait a while for her to come out. Then when she came out she said she couldn't find it. It turned out the first one wrote the tracking number down wrong. Then when I corrected the number, she still couldn't find it and had me waiting for close to a half hour without saying anything..I left and I am planning to redirect my package elsewhere because I will not be going back to this post office ever again... read more

This PO is the worst. I get my neighbors mail often and I don't seem to get all my mail, several bills and mail I know I should be getting never arrive. I even had one of my bills returned torn to shreds in a baggy. I have been expecting a piece of mail that was sent from the Bensalem PO for 6 days now. The Post Office on Drummond Road is a disgrace! It is Wednesday, 7/8/20 and mail has not been delivered to Stoneywood Terrace in the 2500 block of Welsh Road since last Friday! Also, they do not take the mail out of outside drive by box until well after they open, and you can't put mail in that box. read more

It's a post office. The wait can be long and they normally only have two people working. One is always busy with passports and what not. So you really only have one person working the desk . I admit that I have walked in and walked out because the line was so long. The staff isn't bad. If ya have to go the post office just be prepared to wait. read more

I live within 5 minutes of this cesspool of humanity and I refuse to go there. I will drive to Bensalem to avoid the incompetence at Drummond Rd. Home delivery is an exercise in futility...I have found mail scattered on my lawn, mail is frequently (once a week on average) mis-delivered. Going in? Lines typically run 20-30 minutes and the window folks have NO desire to help you. They continue to work at their snail pace no matter the line. AND, they will, I stress WILL lose your mail. Tracking information? No big deal - they will simply not scan it in. Work ethic is a concept foreign to the folks working, I use the term loosely, here. Avoid at all costs. Pay the extra $$ for UPS or FedEx or drive to another location if you HAVE to use USPS. read more
