What's worse, I found out that the size in my file was incorrect, but no one said anything at the time of payment. A professional service should catch issues like that or at least inform the customer before proceeding. Instead, I was charged for a product that wasn't right, and the staff didn't seem to care. I appreciate you acknowledging my concern, but the issue goes beyond just a simple mistake.
