Since I needed a return envelope with label too, I requested for help of the staff to prepare it. The person at the counter was very rude and impatient. She gave us wrong instructions and totally left us confused- instead of our insistence to paste fedex pouch with label on return envelope, she suggested to leave the labels open in the envelope! This did not sound right so we asked for more time, did our own research on the internet and finally did it the right way. Service at fedex locations elsewhere is much better.

People that expect them to tape up their packages for free are living in a pipe dream. Most post offices do have supplies but they are available for purchase. (The cost of being unprepared) I went around 2 today and they had about 4 people ahead of me in line. Although there was only one woman working, the line moved quickly. I had prepaid packages so I'm generally in and out. The woman working was pleasant as well. It's not a huge post office but it does it's job.
