After calling many specialty stores to find the model we needed that offered her some sense of comfort, we learned that delivery wasn't an option. The first two courier companies we called could not get someone out until the store closes. American Expediting was our savior. They had a van on the road in minutes, and drove through a ran storm and traffic to get to the store. When they thought they were cutting it short, they called the store and informed them that there arrival was within minutes. The whole time the we were informed of the drivers progress toward our home, and when to open our door for the delivery. Last night was the first night that my mother slept in 4 days. I hired Tyndale Transportation in 2024 to pack and move my belongings to storage. The team was…read moreunprofessional: boxes weren't labeled, furniture wasn't wrapped properly, and my floors were scratched. Bed parts were scattered and unlabeled, making reassembly a nightmare. When professional movers later handled moving my items from storage, they said, "The last movers didn't do right by you." The job took far longer and cost about the same as a major moving company: at one point, four guys were working on one item that only required two (photo attached). It was clear they were milking the time. One mover even cursed at me, and Tyndale relied on him as his "expert." Avoid this company and hire real professionals instead.
