Professional and prompt! A very positive experience handled with courtesy, following my specific instructions to the letter.

I'm so pleased with this company! Marc took my call and in a matter of minutes had me confident that my last minute need would be completely taken care of! And it was. Totally reasonable costs, too. Don't hesitate, call this company. read more

Fantastically professional, efficient, and wonderful! Called them at about 7:30 a.m. to bring docs from Old City to West Philly, and they arrived before 10:00 a.m. on the same day! Will happily recommend to all and sundry looking for a courier service in the future - thanks for making a big moving project a little less stressful, guys! read more

I did not use this company's services, but had several contacts with them and would definitely recommend them, based on this limited experience. My courier request was quite unusual, but they gave it full consideration, then explained politely that they would not be able to help me. Actually, I can understand their position, and there may have been an insurance liability that they were not set up to assume. At any rate, the professionalism of Brian was so appreciated that I felt moved to post this review. read more

It was Sunday afternoon and I had something that had to be delivered that day from a Coatesville home to a hotel in central Philadelphia . The staff could not have been nicer , set me up with a driver , who went straight from the house to the hotel and even called to confirm that it arrived, and when. I highly recommend them. We also tried getting an online quote from a competing company, and the quote came later , at twice the cost. Sometimes it's nice just to speak with a live person, explain the situation and get the quote on the phone - Rapid did all that . I would definitely use them again ! read more

Brad and Marc were very helpful and extremely easy to work with. They helped me get a complicated court filing completed with no trouble at all. I'm across the state, so everything was via internet and telephone, and both Brad and Marc were accessible whenever I needed them. If you need a court filing done in Philadelphia, Rapid Delivery is the place to call. read more

I've used Rapid Delivery in the past for work, but mistakenly thought they only did regional work. I was wrong! I needed someone to pick up a special birthday present I had commissioned for my husband - a 5' chainsaw carving of two baby bears in a tree, and the artist was located in York in PA. The other companies I contacted quoted prices that were more money than the carving. Some told me they didn't go that far - or only went out of State. My co-worker suggested I call Rapid Delivery. She said they did do long distance runs. I called and worked with Alan on the project. What else is there to say, except they did an absolutely perfect job. The followed my directions and didn't mind when I kept checking to make sure everything was a go. It was so simple and so pleasant, I almost didn't believe it could be so seamless. It was and the bears are now safely at home in my backyard. read more

Very helpful, on time and professional. Cost me less than an Uber to deliver package to my vet!

Rapid Delivery provided personalized service to me to accomplish an odd but important shipping job within a 24 hour window of time. I am very grateful that Rapid Delivery reunited me with my purse, wallet, car keys, and phone after I accidentally left my purse behind at a gate at the Philly airport during a layover. I panicked after reaching my destination location in Maine. How was I ever going to get back to my home in the DC area if my driver's license was at US Air Lost and Found at the Philly airport? It was extra confusing because after one initial phone call the Lost and Found department didn't pick up any of the phone calls I made to their department Much thanks to Brad Wool, Vice President of Rapid Delivery- he gave me advice about how to get through to an actual person at US Air's Lost and Found. He also gave me advice about what to write on a letter that I faxed to RD so a courier would be permitted to pick up the purse at the Lost and Found. After I said, "Yes, please have the courier go to the airport," it was less than two hours before Brad called me back to say that he had the purse, was confirming its contents, and that he was packaging it up to be fed exed to me. Brad also talked me through all of the charges that would come with each step of the process. As a result I was reunited with a purse, my ID, my car keys, and my phone, in less than 24 hours- all for around $140. Thanks! read more

I googled same day delivery in the area and this company came up. We talked to a very helpful gentleman - who i feel bad for not having his name- but he got someone on the job right away and delivered the package to the destination in less than an hour. Thanks to this, we were able to provide services to my client by end of the day today. I am very grateful that we found this company and absolutely recommend it. In addition - the cost for the service was very reasonable! read more

Amazing! Called for a local pick up and delivery since my entire family came down with a bug and we were out of commission. Marc made the process beyond easy! Service was great, he kept me informed and the courier was extremely kind and very punctual! Thank you again for making this delivery quick and painless. Definitely recommend and plan to use again. - Katie read more

Absolutely phenomenal service and attention to detail. After talking to Marc, I felt like my overly complicated situation with legal documents in one place and then getting them signed in a different place, was going to be taken care of. He suggested optimized ways of how to solve the problem and ways that would save me money. They were incredibly responsive and just overall blown away by the quality of the service. read more

Quick, fast, and super helpful. I am not in the Philadelphia area, but had to arrange for delivery of freshly baked goods to a colleague and Rapid was great. They picked up directly from the restaurant, and got the goods delivered (still fresh!) asap. Alan and Brad were both super helpful via phone and email. Would definitely recommend Rapid for fast reliable Philly area service. read more
