This place is horrible…read more Im one of those weird people who dig stores like this. An aisle dedicated to an assortment of pens? Yes, please. This place has all that but the people that work here downright stink. I was here yesterday with my cousin and for 10 minutes they didn't even acknowledge her as she stood at the mailing desk. Mind you, there was 3-4 employees standing around doing, what seemed like, nothing. Its a shame that customer service at this place is severely low. I work in retail and that is the number one thing you are taught, "Help the customer" Even when they are rude. You should just try your best. The workers seem to just really hate everything.

I've never seen a guitar packed this well, bubble wrapped and packed with packing peanuts. There was also bubble wrap around parts of the guitar in its case as well. Couldn't ask for better packaging, and my guitar made it safe and sound all the way across the country. It did take a few days to actually be shipped out (there was a large auction and I'm sure this place was very busy), but it's worth a little extra time to have a delicate item so well packed. Thank you.

Felt sorry for the Poor guy trying to get a fax sent since they won't retry to fax the fax since they didn't get a response on the first try. Look I understand this maybe a franchise business. And you may not get much of anything for taking in packages for pickup, But you got into a business to provide service for a shipping company. That's your fault not the customer and trying to find every way to nickel and dime your potential customer coming in to drop off a package is really poor service. I won't be back!
