I hired Tyndale Transportation in 2024 to pack and move my belongings to storage. The team was unprofessional: boxes weren't labeled, furniture wasn't wrapped properly, and my floors were scratched. Bed parts were scattered and unlabeled, making reassembly a nightmare. When professional movers later handled moving my items from storage, they said, "The last movers didn't do right by you." The job took far longer and cost about the same as a major moving company: at one point, four guys were working on one item that only required two (photo attached). It was clear they were milking the time. One mover even cursed at me, and Tyndale relied on him as his "expert." Avoid this company and hire real professionals instead. read more

OMG, this guy! The BEST. This year I had to get my mother onto Medicaid and into a good long term care facility. Unfortunately, the paperwork needed for this HAD to be the original documents, and I had no idea that the application procedure would take months, so I had made no copies of the documents for doing taxes. Tax time rolls around, and the facility still needs the forms. I can't take off of work just whenever, so I make a date in the future to come copy the forms before tax time. Calendar winds around to the specified date and guess who tests positive for Covid and can't go inside the facility to get the tax documents? Yup, me. Ok, no biggie. I'll just rest and get through Covid and then when I start testing negative, I'll go and get the papers. I still have 3 weeks, no biggie... Yeaaaaaah. Yep. I tested positive for those three spare weeks! And I was still seeing a faint line on the home tests up to tax day! But wait! I could hire a courier service so I would not wind up filing late! Tynedale seriously came through for me on super short notice, towards the end of a business day, driving out to the care facility, picking up the paperwork, and getting it to me BEFORE the facility's office closed so I could call the office with questions. Now, I don't know if dude broke the sound barrier or something to manage this, or if I'm just getting so old I'm a slow driver and don't know it, but his speedy response and paperwork procurement super-saved my bacon. Tyndale Transportation services was contracted to move furniture from my rental apartment to a storage locker. They were the first to respond to Yelp's solicitation of bids for my job. I received a fixed price range of from $350 to $480 for the contents of a one bedroom apartment (unseen by Tyndale). Tyndale gave me two near immediate days that they could do the move and I picked the Wednesday as it was faster than I expected and they showed up as scheduled, on Wednesday. I was told when they arrived and entered the apartment that there was more furniture and boxes than they had anticipated and I did forget to tell them about some things that needed to be moved. Very happy with the service on 3/5. We had requested the junk removal service since the previous owners in our home left an oversized shelving unit behind. The employees arrived a little early and were able to remove the three oversized items we no longer need.
