On moving day, Eugene and the two other guys on his team were awesome. They were really careful and thorough with everything. They wrapped our furniture and belongings extremely well, and we didn't have a single thing damaged. They also took the time to disassemble and reassemble furniture, which was a huge help. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole move. The only thing I would mention is that the move took longer than we originally expected. BUT honestly, I don't really see this as a negative because it was clear that they were taking their time and doing things the right way. We've had movers in the past who rushed, cut corners, and ended up damaging things, so I would much rather have a team take a little longer and be careful with our stuff. Overall, we were really happy with Albo and would definitely recommend them. Moving is stressful enough, so having a team that you can trust to actually take care of your belongings makes a huge difference!

For a moving company they should've known to try that. Also while I was watching them they told me "we're professionals we know what we're doing". Obviously not the case. They also said they moved our foosball table and said it wasn't on the list, it was the first item listed. I also color coordinated my home so they would know what goes where. They ignored it. I had multiple bags (nice, easy to move storage bags) of clothing that ended up upstairs that should've been brought to the basement. When I brought this up they ignored me. Overall, I'd recommend finding someone else. I was also under quoted my hours so spent $450 more than I was quoted.

They called me when they were 45 minutes away and arrived promptly. When they arrived, they were organized, professional, and fast. With 3 guys, it took under 2 hours to unload a 15 foot U-Haul. My final total plus processing fee was actually lower than quote range they gave me. The best bit: my front door was sliiiiiiightly too small to fit my couch through. I was mentally over everything to do with moving at that point and was going to say we could put it back on the truck and donate it. But what did the Old City guys do? They tried to take it through the window, which was also slightly too small! They had to disassemble the window, bring my couch in, then put the window back together!
