This became my "home office" Since settling in my new home I now have a printer /computer /scanner etc. So my need to visit are less.... until Christmas! Lots of gifts to ship and return. Made the mistake of buying the biggest dollhouse I could find a Target for my granddaughter. Could barely fit up the stairs to her bedroom so decided to return it. After Christmas I took it back to Target (where I bought it and a couple Target employees put it into the back of my SUV) But for the return, I struggled to get it in and out of my SUV and finally into the Target store where they promptly told me I was "outside the return window" and nothing they could do - even when I asked to speak to a manager. The Target app on my phone showed that I started the return process. After the New Year, everyone in my house got Covid so I was recuperating and quarantining) so it was late January when I actually tried to return this. Target manager told me all I could do was try to take it to UPS...Thanks a lot Target. Struggled to get it back in my SUV, (barely fit in a cart) drove to my UPS store in Newton Plaza backed the SUV right up to the front door and asked my team of UPS guys if they could show me how to print the return label (they did, apparently pop-up blockers on your phone will not allow a UPS label to print ) but they figured it out for me because I'm somewhat technically challenged. They said if I could print a label, I could return it! I said Great, I'll go get it (told him it was a huge doll house and my Target saga... ) and the UPS gentleman helping me with the return proceeded to follow me to the car, helped me get it out and into the store (it was about 12° outside) I didn't ask him for help, didn't think that was appropriate. When I tried to help him he said I got it, I held the door open for him and he said you're all set we'll take care of it for you, hit it in my receipt and I was off. Wished I just started out of UPS - this place is the best, everyone I meet is always helpful, professional, & efficient just what you need in a home office. If you're still reading this, as a side note, it was last Christmas season at this same UPS that one of the workers would belt out Beatles tunes while he was working & he had a great voice. I love this place.

I've spoken with him a few times since then, and he insists he'll get my canvas done...but it's now almost May and now he is unreachable when I call him, email him and text him. I've left messages saying I just want to pick up the canvas stretcher and move on and find someone else to complete my project, but it seems he's been leading me on for four months now and ghosting me. I am sorry to say this business is completely unprofessional, will not get your job done and owes me a stretcher canvas. The package recipient's birthday was on a Sunday and I wanted it to arrive on her special day. The store clerk informs me that Fed Ex does not do Sunday delivery. Ok, fine. Maybe I misread the website (nope, I confirmed that says they do Sunday deliveries). So maybe she didn't know that Sunday delivery was a thing. Maybe that's the fault of her supervisor, but she also gave out her instructions in a dismissive, patronizing manner, such as saying, "sign here, sign here, sign here," in a rapid fire fashion when I didn't immediately react to her request, and when I told her an address was entered wrong, she said in an annoyed voice, "you didn't tell me that on the last package." Perhaps most frustrating of all, she wore her face mask below her nose for the entire transaction. We all know that wearing a mask all day isn't the most comfortable, but please at least cover your mouth and nose when you have a customer. I know I'll be hesitant to return here in the future, but the two stars reflects that possibility that maybe this employee was just having a tough day. Either way, please just wear your mask properly.

When he turned to leave, he drove past the correct house AGAIN and didn't think to try to deliver the package there. He ignored the signage indicating house number each time. Avoid at all cost.
