Slowest response possible. Refuse to answer phone. if you need something delivered in a reasonable time, this is not the company to use.

Printing, scanning, faxing, shipping, pickup and more all in one location…read more If you're like me, your home printer is always out of ink when you need it because it sits unused and the ink dries up over time. When you need it the most it won't work but luckily FedEx Office Print & Ship Center has several machines which always seem to be ready for use as soon as I walked through the door. On my most recent stop in I needed to print a form, fill it out and the email a scanned copy of it to an insurance provider. I was able to do all of that from the kiosk for less than $2 which is way better than another $40 ink cartridge only to find out my printer still won't print. I've done some Amazon returns here before. They printed a label from my email and as a courtesy finished taping up the box for me during my last visit. They have a ton of business supplies, so it's great if you're in town for business and left something behind they are conveniently located near the airport and all the hotels on Wolf road.

Crewmember Robert was extremely helpful, easy to work with, took time and took a genuine interest in helping us get what we needed. One certificate did not work for in the frame and he told me how to use Canva to fix it. I went back to the store the next day with the suggestion and another crew member Rob was also friendly and very helpful. The certificates looked great and the recipients were pleased.

There are deep potholes that never get fixed, mice, huge cracks across the outdoor storage locker floors, front gate that was broken for months, allowing anyone to just drive right in, even a skunk that stunk the building up for days. Not to mention that awful talking head box in the office. Cringe. In the end, the last straw was a HUGE, unexpected rate increase that put the price higher than their excellent competitor (begins with an M and ends with abeys). I loaded up and am now enjoying being in a professionally run facility while paying over $100 less than Prime. No skunks, but I can live with that.

This is THE MOST unethical self-storage company I have ever encountered. When Prime acquired…read moreGuardian Self-Storage (a nice, family-owned facility) in the Hudson Valley, they not only raised their rates, they reduced the quality of services. Now, "temperature controlled" means they heat only up to 55 degrees and "cool" down to 80 degrees. Guardian kept the temperatures at around 68, which is what a customer deserves. I also heard that the head honcho at Prime told his employees to charge customer some fees without notifying said customers first. When an employee refused to do that, insisting on making a courtesy call, that employee was fired for insubordination. Prime seems to hold its customers in contempt, squeezing every penny out of us and offering no true security or good service in return. It's disgusting to think that a company is run by a man with no decent goodness. I usually don't post reviews but I feel it's important to protect those who might be hoping to store their belongings in a truly temperature-controlled unit.

As a total piano novice and with limited space in my house, I wanted something compact but with full functionality - 88 key weighted keyboard, etc., and this fit the bill perfectly. Owner Bob Hilton worked with me and was terrific - pleasant, knowledgeable, and not pushy. We asked about delivery and turns out he lives not far from us so he delivered it himself on his way home that very same evening! Also very impressed with the sturdiness of the "console" that comes with the keyboard. I have it free-standing in a room (not enough wall space) and was concerned that my rambunctious cats would jump on it and knock it over - no worries after putting it together with the cover closed over the keyboard.

My son is really into music, but even more into music shops. And the staff at Hilton has been marvelous about encouraging his interest. Perhaps his favorite thing to do is sit down at the electric guitar pedal board and experiment with different pedals and settings. Should he ever want to pursue lessons, I might send him here for that too. It's certainly convenient. I'll also be bringing my own guitar there for new strings soon. Speaking of which, I found out that on Tuesday, August 11, Hilton is having "Restring Day" starting at 6pm. That means free strings. It's unlikely I'll be able to make it. But it's just another cool thing about the small mall music shop that could.
