But I do check out their inventory frequently to see what's in stock, and I appreciate that they participate in the used electronics trade-in programs. This store has an excellent inventory, though I can't say that the prices are always competitive. Kids bump into each other. Old woman who talks about pets, new couch and advice for sex for couples (on couch) while a line forms 8 folks deep. Guy before me prints 800 sheets, then my prints were just faded ink. When I politely asked, if they could print me 2 regular copies darker to replace - was told worker can't do it! I was in this store on 8/6/26. I had a lot of items I wanted to purchase. I went to the checkout counter that was lit up. No one was there. I stood there for five minutes waiting for an employee to cash me out. I went over to the Amazon counter and told the sluggish employee there that there was no one at the checkout. She said "she's not there?" She did not page anyone or even try to find an employee. I waited another five minutes and some young girl with three inch eyelashes approached the counter and said "I will be right back." I waited another five minutes and then left. This store is so understaffed that they can't even guarantee a quick checkout. There were very few customers in the store. How can a store possibly stay in business when the employees don't care about cashing you out? I went home and ordered all the items I wanted on Amazon. They were delivered today. My Staples days are over. I do not give my business to a store that does not care about basic customer service. read more

Came here to have some over-size copies made on their self-service machines. No other customers were around and it was smooth sailing. The machines didn't jam up, I didn't have to worry about system errors and such, and I was in and out in a couple of minutes. However, I doubt this is "normal" so I won't go crazy rating them higher at the moment. read more

My biggest issue with this store is staffing. It seems like they are always short staffed and some not all but some of the staff are just there to collect their hours and get their pay, they aren't really there for the customers much at all. There is an pretty awesome assistant manager there with a unique name that I love working with whenever she is in store. I believe her name is Eugena. The store manager herself is pretty good herself but whenever k have had a problem eugena has been the one to go above and beyond to help me. I was in the store at 2pm. I had two pieces of paper to print on card stock and one item to purchase. There was one person ahead of me. I was expecting to be in and out of the store in 3 minutes. There was one staff person at the print shop and one computer. The one computer was having issues. While the staff person was having these issues, she continued to serve two new customers rather than help me. She did not check out my item, or print my document. Twenty minutes later I had nothing. I took my flash drive back and went to FedEx. From the time I entered FedEx, it took four minutes to get what I needed. I am convinced if I had stayed at Staples, I still would be waiting. I will not be going back to Staples for anything. read more

Wow. Just WOW. The printing team of Natasha, Alec, and Shawn went above and beyond on a day of being short-staffed and constant stream of customers. Natasha started to look for the finished order but it was nowhere to be found. She quickly looked at other orders only to find out it was still in production. The order was called in and confirmed but somehow the file did not come through earlier in the day. Alec quickly started the process to get the programs done while dealing with the constant stream of customers. He took the time to make sure that things were done properly from the alignment to the cut setting. This all had to be done MANUALLY. Natasha printed out the second half of the order and jumped in to help get this done. We had a few that didn't cut properly so Natasha had to be print out extras. At this point, the store was closing and when the automatic blades started to get stuck, Shawn HAND CUT the remaining 50. You guys literally saved the day today. Not bad, not bad! Good-sized Staples with everything that you might expect from one of these chains. They don't have exceptionally good prices, but considering that you can get everything for school/office/work all in one place, I really can't complain. One of the associates seemed a little befuddled when my dad asked if they had any "cheap" mouse pads, directing us to a weak display of overpriced (and kind of ugly) pads. He then continued to offend the dude further by asking if there was anything "cheaper"! And you guys thought *I* was bad! Ha! In the end, actually, right behind us, there was a small display of round mouse pads. And they had a two-toned blue one with skull and crossbones. No brainer. This mouse pad is made of win. And it was also cheaper than the crap at Target. read more

I've purchased office supplies at Staples for years but NO MORE ... I always recycle my ink cartridges for Staples credit and have run into a real problem. Recently purchased 5 items all different prices using a $6.00 Store credit from my ink cartridge returns. On my receipt staples allocated the $6.00 credit to all items according to the price paid. A few days later I needed to return three of the items (majority of the price paid) and they took back just under $5.00 of MY CREDIT. When I pointed this out to customer service I was told that the company doesn't give back credit used if items are returned. I was shocked. I asked to speak with a manager. When he arrived at the front of the store - it was as if I interupted his nap or break time and was basically told "to bad" that's the way we do it. I told him if I had only purchased one item which cost $6.99 and used the credit it would have only cost me $.99 but this way I only received $1.08 of my $6.00 credit. To tell you the truth it's not the money it's the attitude of the customer service and then of the manager. Do they not know what customer service is? I plan to start using Office Max ... they have the same merchandise, approximately the same pricing and sales ... Staples your loss - I may not be your biggest customer but that really shouldn't matter. read more

Worst customer service. I bought an item online and they sent me a defective product. I went to this store to exchange it and they gave me a hard time then tried to charge me more for the same product. It was Not until I spoke with 3 managers bud waster 45 min that I finally got a working shredder. I will never purchase a staples product again! read more

This staples is awful. For 2 weeks now their machine has been down to cut business cards yet there was no transparency when my cards were ordered originally. When I returned nearly 2 weeks later the machine is still down and all they can suggest is try another store (both of which are 30+ minutes away from me!) For the third time in a row I have had a less then stellar experience. The customer service is horrible and they have no clue what they are doing. I come in every month with the same order to have a project printed and they seem to keep getting it wrong. Today was the icing on the cake when after pointing out to them they messed up again they tried to charge me to reprint the project correctly. Not only are they reprinting it for free, I demanded an apology and told them the correct way to provide good customer service. I have worked in customer service and while the customer isn't always right, you try to solve the problem the best you can. You don't tell them they are wrong and then try to charge them more. The management lacks knowledge of how to work in the print center and even less knowledge on how to handle customers. The low prices aren't worth the headache I get dealing with the incompetence. Id rather pay more money and know my project will be printed right the first time and without an attitude. read more
