If you make a complaint they will try to make you pick up your own mail instead of fixing the problem. I keep receiving my neighbors. They say there is no other complaints but when I've had to go down I've seen others complaining of similar problems. One man was very upset saying it's been months since he'd received his mail and wanted to know where it was.
