The staff here was polite but like the main Falmouth Post Office, the staff seemed overwhelmed with the rush. In the end, not a terrible Post Office but be prepared to wait for a bit.

I don't even live in this town and I chose to come here for my mail and shipping needs before ups or fed ex or basically anywhere else if I can avoid it. I even had a virtual mail box at a Third party retailer that I supposed would be better but I'm not going anywhere else now. Locally past orleans this is the best place to chose !

They misled and lied about the terms and conditions of the contract. I never should have signed it so I take the responsibility for that. I walked back in to show her and see if they could fix it. Not only can they not, the lady couldn't have given less of a F about ruining my coat. Literally nothing. Except "maybe next time wash it by hand". It's dry clean only which is why I brought it there. So, lesson painfully learned. If you just need basic cleaning and you are unbothered by scowling women who seem to loathe their job and everyone around them, go here. If you have anything precious that requires skill and care, skip this one.

She then told me to return in 3 business days. I returned in 4 and the jacket still wasn't done. I appreciate she was busy but if she had told me that when I first came, it would have been fine and I would have just found someone else to do the job. If she had even told me when I first returned that she wouldn't be able to get it done, I would have been disappointed. To string me along and then rudely tell me she would not do the work was terrible customer service. She never even said she was sorry.
