Saturday afternoon, with less than 24 hours of notice till start of event, I called them very last minute with zero hope. Owner came in after he left to print my brochures and the guy working the front came in before his shift started and FOLDED every brochure for me. I can normally drop off a package and be out the door within minutes. Unfortunately, my most recent visit changed my impression. I stopped in to return an Amazon package that contained 16 small lights. The package had arrived to me in that same configuration, so I simply wanted to return it the same way to keep the products protected. A female employee opened the larger box and told me that the item didn't need a box. I explained why I had kept it packaged that way, but instead of simply helping me with the return, I felt like I was being lectured about how I should have packed it. She made a comment along the lines of, "You just need to read the instructions." I understand that there may be packing requirements, and I'm always willing to follow them. However, there was no need to make me feel like I was being talked down to over a simple package return. I want to be clear that this review is about that particular experience, not everyone at this location. I've always enjoyed dealing with the owner and the other employees, and they have treated me well. Still, customer service matters. After this experience, I honestly don't feel as comfortable coming back, at least for a while. I'm changing my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars. I'm sharing this honest experience with my 135 million Google Maps readers because I believe businesses should receive both positive feedback and constructive feedback when something doesn't go well.

Returned the vehicle 1-21 at 5ish-pm Got a call from loss management saying the trailer was never turned in and I was liable for the cost of trailer. I've been waiting all day for a package I ordered, just like before, the ups driver fails to make the delivery citing delivery attempt was made...but it wasn't. I've tracked the delivery all the way from India and insured the delivery instructions were adequate. I selected the front door delivery at my apartment and included the door code. I caledl UPS customer service, spoke with one representative that I could barely understand due to the language barrier who couldn't give me an alternate pick up address because apparently the driver was still out. I asked to be warm transferred to a manager, meaning the rep would fill the manager in on the details of the call. After holding for 42 minutes I spoke with a supposed supervisor who basically said tough luck, pick it up at the depot tomorrow. I explained to her that I was very disappointed in their overall performance again and insisted they actually attempt to deliver my package tomorrow; I shouldn't have to burn fuel because the delivery driver was unable to do his job. The package was set or for delivery at 8am today and at 1656 it was postponed as an attempted delivery. Inadequate to say the very least! We'll see what happens tomorrow‍. It's Tuesday, as you can see, more incompetence! Just because there's a wifi decal on the sensor doesn't mean you're required to have a key card or fob, illuminate the keypad and enter the code from the delivery instructions!!
