As usual terrible service accompanied by a 30 minute wait in line. I hate our subsidized postal service.

I was finally allowed in at 9:11 AM, checked in at the kiosk, and waited. At approximately 9:32 AM, my number (S196) was called. I explained that I had received a fully favorable decision for both SSI and SSDI and that my concern was specifically regarding my SSDI payment, which had not yet been received despite prior processing steps already being completed. The agent immediately defaulted to a scripted response, repeatedly stating that everything was "being processed," without listening to or acknowledging the specifics of my situation. I clarified multiple times that I had already completed my interview in February and had received SSI, but not SSDI. Instead of addressing the discrepancy, the agent continued to repeat the same generic response. I then requested to speak with a supervisor. I was told I could not, because she had already "answered my question." When I calmly asked again, she closed the window on me without providing her name or any assistance. Security then began pressuring me to leave. I stepped outside, contacted my attorney, and returned to formally request a supervisor. I was made to wait outside again--standing, in the cold--until approximately 10:52 AM before being allowed back in. After additional waiting, I was finally able to speak with a supervisor and file a formal grievance. I left the office at 11:19 AM. This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect--especially toward individuals with disabilities who rely on these services. Requiring people to wait outside for extended periods, combined with dismissive and obstructive staff behavior, is unacceptable.

He muttered to his coworker, "Anyone who comes here is obligated to know English." Since I speak English, I understood him and asked, "Why do you say that? We requested an appointment with a Spanish-speaking representative, and there are plenty of signs in Spanish here." In the end, he sent us back to the waiting room and told us to wait while he attended to someone else; more customers kept coming in, but we weren't called. We ended up missing the appointment... and felt discriminated against by someone of our own Latino background. We returned nearly 16 days later, and this time we were assisted by a white American man who didn't speak Spanish but was incredibly kind and respectful; he helped us wonderfully with everything, and the process took no more than 10 minutes

Since there's no option to yelp ups delivery drivers I'll drop it off here...seems to work for…read morethem! I've been waiting all day for a package I ordered, just like before, the ups driver fails to make the delivery citing delivery attempt was made...but it wasn't. I've tracked the delivery all the way from India and insured the delivery instructions were adequate. I selected the front door delivery at my apartment and included the door code. I caledl UPS customer service, spoke with one representative that I could barely understand due to the language barrier who couldn't give me an alternate pick up address because apparently the driver was still out. I asked to be warm transferred to a manager, meaning the rep would fill the manager in on the details of the call. After holding for 42 minutes I spoke with a supposed supervisor who basically said tough luck, pick it up at the depot tomorrow. I explained to her that I was very disappointed in their overall performance again and insisted they actually attempt to deliver my package tomorrow; I shouldn't have to burn fuel because the delivery driver was unable to do his job. The package was set or for delivery at 8am today and at 1656 it was postponed as an attempted delivery. Inadequate to say the very least! We'll see what happens tomorrow‍. It's Tuesday, as you can see, more incompetence! Just because there's a wifi decal on the sensor doesn't mean you're required to have a key card or fob, illuminate the keypad and enter the code from the delivery instructions!! Today I've been on the phone for 00:28:56 After giving detailed verbal instructions I'm being told that they will be relayed to the driver...after 2 attempts in 2 days my confidence is shaken.

Excellent support and amazing ups help grateful for your assistance. Always refer these folksread more
