Saturday afternoon, with less than 24 hours of notice till start of event, I called them very last minute with zero hope. Owner came in after he left to print my brochures and the guy working the front came in before his shift started and FOLDED every brochure for me. I had a notice in my mailbox that it was too full so I had to pick up from the post office. My issue and concern with them was that I've been at this address for 3 years and yet somehow 90% of my mail is addressed too 10 DIFFERENT people. I explained that I'm the only person at this address and that I need them to STOP delivering other peoples mail to my box so I don't have this issue in the future.. The lady at the desk said there isn't much they can do That was infuriating. (I try to maintain most of my mail as paperless, to prevent needless papers. So to have a 'Full' mailbox and it's not even my mail is ridiculous. **NOTE The name plate in my mailbox is ONLY my name so it's honestly ridiculous.) The second issue I've ran into, they couldn't deliver a package to my door step on a SUNDAY. Since when do they deliver or are they even open on sundays. Today is Monday March 23rd and I received a message from Amazon saying USPS attempted to deliver my package on March 22nd (Sunday) but they couldn't access Drive way or Door. I was home the whole day and didn't hear anyone. However, what's concerning is that in my 3 years of living there USPS has NEVER delivered to my front door it's always been to the leasing office. So, I contacted USPS, they also said it was weird and provided me with the locations direct number and said I should speak with the supervisor. Yeah... I've attempted to call the location 4x throughout the span of 2hrs and the phone just rings or they've hung up. I see why they have 2.5 stars. So, now I'll have to drive there and stand in the ridiculous line they ALWAYS have to simply speak with someone because they refrain from answering. Again since when do they deliver on Sundays, and then calling the location to not get a response is utterly ANNOYING. So now I have to go in to simply ask what happened because my package not only WASNT delivered, but the attempt was made on a SUNDAY, and not dropped off at the leasing office PER USUAL.

I've been waiting all day for a package I ordered, just like before, the ups driver fails to make the delivery citing delivery attempt was made...but it wasn't. I've tracked the delivery all the way from India and insured the delivery instructions were adequate. I selected the front door delivery at my apartment and included the door code. I caledl UPS customer service, spoke with one representative that I could barely understand due to the language barrier who couldn't give me an alternate pick up address because apparently the driver was still out. I asked to be warm transferred to a manager, meaning the rep would fill the manager in on the details of the call. After holding for 42 minutes I spoke with a supposed supervisor who basically said tough luck, pick it up at the depot tomorrow. I explained to her that I was very disappointed in their overall performance again and insisted they actually attempt to deliver my package tomorrow; I shouldn't have to burn fuel because the delivery driver was unable to do his job. The package was set or for delivery at 8am today and at 1656 it was postponed as an attempted delivery. Inadequate to say the very least! We'll see what happens tomorrow‍. It's Tuesday, as you can see, more incompetence! Just because there's a wifi decal on the sensor doesn't mean you're required to have a key card or fob, illuminate the keypad and enter the code from the delivery instructions!!
