All the post offices I've grown up going to sold a variety of envelopes/puffy envelopes for fragile items and this location sells absolutely nothing beyond the basic priority/flat rate packaging - not even greeting cards! It might be due to the long lines, but the service is also on the snappier side. Be ready to listen closely and follow directions! Worst post office ever. Severe discrimination and mail fraud…read more On Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 3:38 PM, the mail carrier for my route committed federal mail fraud. I am a Hispanic woman, and I was literally standing right outside my house waiting for my package. The carrier drove right past me, made direct eye contact, and intentionally kept going without making any attempt to hand me my package. Right after, he fraudulently marked the tracking status as "Alert Refused." This is a complete lie, a severe lack of respect, and blatant racial discrimination against Hispanic people. The staff at this Bushwick station are incredibly disrespectful and lazy. I have full home security camera footage proving the entire scene, showing that I was outside and that the carrier completely fabricated the refusal. A formal complaint has been filed with the Office of Inspector General (OIG). Do not trust these people, they steal your time, lie in the federal system, and treat minorities with absolute disrespect. Unacceptable!
