This is the worst post office ever. Some of the workers are disgustingly lazy. They just go to work to get paid and not care about anything. I ordered a phone on and upon checking delivery confirmation, it said it was delivered in my mail box. When i checked my mailbox there was no package in there. I called the following day opened up a case and was told to expect a call in 3 business days from local post office. I never received that called. I called again after been on hold for 50 mins, i was told my case would be escalated to consumer affairs and to expect a call within 3 business days and i never did. I made a follow up call to consumer affairs and was told that my case was closed by the local post office because they already spoke to me. BIG LIE!!! I never received a call. The case got reopened again. This is not the first time this has happened, the first time the postal worker left the package at my door and it was stolen. I mean why would you leave a package in a building of 500 people? Common sense.. Some of the workers just don't give a damn!! Oh yeah and they never pick up the phone when you call. I spoke to one of the postal guys and he told me the guy that did the mail that day does that all the time. Meaning putting people's mail in the wrong boxes. This has got to stop! I work hard for my money and I shouldn't have to endure this stress due to someone been reckless or not giving a damn! read more

Stopped by today to mail something that needs to arrive by Friday to TN. Online it says they close at 5pm but the sign here says 6pm. The lines were super long, it was very hot inside and there was a guy sitting on top of the garbage can. Staff here is rude and work slow. There were only 2 employees at the booths, one for general things and one to pick up packages. The one at the general things was very rude and on her phone on speaker. She kept grabbing her phone and speaking making the process slower. She wasn't focused at all. This location is also dirty and dingy. Needs major upgrade. I don't recommend this location. I only come here for emergencies because it's close to my sons school read more

This Post Office is terrible. I moved recently and submitted my Change of Address form way in advance of my moving date. I have not gotten any forwarded mail as of yet and moved over a month ago. Just unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I would have. read more

The supervisor at this location is the most foul-mouthed person I've ever met; she doesn't help anyone, and she thinks she owns the place and can treat people like shit. I was there this morning buying a money order, and she spoke to me horribly just because her payment machine wasn't reading my bank card. Don't go to that post office at 575 E Tremont. read more

This place needs to be shut down, they always losing people packages and letters and they don't care and don't help you find it. There are few workers who are just nasty and disrespectful they should be fired. The line weight to pick up your package is 1 hour plus. They lost an important letter I was supposed to receive and they never helped me find it and they lost 2 of my packages which contained my graduation engraved frame and my graduation photos I send a letter to the office of United States consumer but no help at all. When you leave package instructions they never do they job and do follow instructions at all this places need to be shut down ASAP read more

Worst post office I ever went to. The staff was arguing while customers were waiting to be serviced. It took too long for the employee to complete the delivery process in the system but at least he did apologize for the long wait. This place is so unprofessional and could definitely use customer service training. read more

I have a lot of bad things to say about this place, but I can summarize it as a HORRIBLE SERVICE and EXPERIENCE. The employees are sleeping when you arrive, and apart from that they are rude for no reason. I went to pick up a package that they "tried to deliver" which is totally false. They return your packages without notice, and if you decide to call they won't pick up, they just let it ring. ALL employees have a terrible temperament towards the customers. I recommend you to do the "Redelivery", and put all the information you can to receive your packages without having to step on that place! read more

The workers here do not care about customer service at all especially at the pick up window, they are rude and they also do not have ac during the summer while you wait and do not want you speaking to a manager this place treats ppl like dirt read more

This review is for the package pick-up. Unfortunately, every time I come here I am always met with unfriendly help and rude customer experience. They make you write your tracking number on a piece of paper so be prepared with that information. If you have issues with delivery they seem very disoragnized and are quick to dismiss you out the door before trying to provide ANY sort of help or information that will get you the answers you need. It's the poor customer service that unfortunately is causing me to have my mail delivered at a different location to avoid the headache that is dealing with this postal office. read more

I came here on my day off so a 30 minute wait didn't kill me. The line was kinda long but around 10 things really started picking up. The staff here are nice. Unfortunately the people that go here are rude. If you're in a rush I suggest the post office by the 4 line read more

Terrible service and very arrogant, I went to pick up a package, I have an ID but the jovwn who attended me clung to saying that no that no that the one from the city and the one I took out was in the IDNY that I come back with the passport as one has a lot of time to return the package they never brought it to the apartment read more

I get my notifications of my packages I'm having thru emails and text. This morning as I was standing in front of my building i recieved a text that my package couldn't be delivered due to not being able to leave my package because of an unsecured area. The driver completely and totally lied. I was in literally in front of my building for 1/2 hour when I recieved this notification. The driver never came. I'm currently waiting on a call back from customer service to file my complaint and I rather pickup my pickup and deal with the post office staff instead Again if I could give them a zero, I would love too. read more

I have never in my entire life seen such horrible customer service. This location needs to be wiped out from the top down! I have seen the workers curse out and speak to customers like animals. It's 1 lady in particular that sits in the 1st window closest to the entrance. She is disgusting and unprofessional! I have watched her curse our several customers! Every time I go there she is arguing with customer's and something needs to be done! I only gave 1 star because I had to leave 1 to write a review, this post office deserve 0 stars! read more

What can be said about the Post Office that hasn't been said already? Nothing. The usual: they won't deliver your package to your door, you'll wait hours to recieve it at the actual post office, and you'll have to deal with nasty attitudes while you wait to get it. If you can avoid, avoid, unfortunately, that's not always possible. Bring your headphones, vibe out as you wait. It'll be a while. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. They always say they delivered your package and you weren't home. Literally they never do, they line is always long and everyone from the neighborhood has the same complaint. I hate when a company uses usps to deliver my package because I either never get it or I have to walk to get it and wait on line for over 20-30 minutes. They job is to deliver to packages amongst other things, do your job or find another one simply. read more

For me personally, i can say this was thr worst porst office ever. Period. BUT soemthing changed during the past few months. The delivery has been on time and the mail has been delivered too. Worst experience ever!!! One of the workers was yelling at a customer because he didn't understand what she was saying. I really wish this location would be investigated. They have lost my package(medication) I have called USPS consumer affairs on the 10th, today is the 15th and they haven't care to call me back yet... I told them that it's medication that was ordered on the 27th of December... Today is January 15th The company that sent the medication do not want to send me a replacement because when you track the package, you see that someone at USPS left this note: "We attempted to deliver your package at 6:57 pm on January 8, 2020 in BRONX, NY 10457 but could not access the delivery location. We will redeliver on the next business day" This was not true, because they never attempted to deliver, nor they tried to deliver the next business day, there has been no activity since the 8th I called this location on the 10th to see what is going on, and I was told they don't know what happened on the 8th but I could come and pick up the package inn person... I rush to the post office before they close, only to be told they don't have the package... Are you kidding me? So I said " Them someone lied to me right? Can you said it? Did someone lie to me?" Guess what he said, "Yes sir, someone lied" He said it like, buddy, there is nothing you or I can do about it... Although I appreciated his honesty, I'm curios, how many times they do this, to comply with the service commitment dates, USPS employees drop similar notes, we tried to deliver but had no access. I've seen this strategy before, and I wish USPS consumer affairs could do something about these frauds, I really do It's 2 to 3 days we promise the customers for the package to be delivered? No problem, on the 3rd day, we will say, we tried but there was no access, boom, no longer USPS's problem, now we can take our sweet time to actually deliver. read more

The worst service ever. I came to picked up my package and they were so rude. I'm really disappointed.

horrible service, very rude , they will loose your package and not care it's only two people up front they need to close this place down or get a new team in there even though I had no choice but to give them 1 star it's still a no stars for them !!! waist of time read more

I give this station 1 star because I couldn't give it 0 stars. Mailman claimed they tried to deliver my package for 3 straight days. I even waited out side for the delivery. The very next day I went to the post office and they said it was out for delivery again needless to say I didn't get the package again. read more

By far the worst Postal service!!!! Unprofessional to say the least. During the past month I've had a few packages lost or stolen. Yesterday I received a notification stating I had a package out for delivery. Not only did I not receive my package but they claimed they delivered it at 12:51pm to "Customer". I'd really like to know what happened to my package. Why lie or take someone's belongings that they paid for. I hope it was worth it. I've contacted both the company and PayPal and filed a claim. So any individuals responsible just know this is being investigated. read more

I must say there has been improvement and now my packages have been delivered on time. Good job.

I had my package rescheduled to be delivered after it was late with ZERO UPDATES in regards as of where my package was or anything. After rescheduling it to be redelivered from this post office, it again missed it set delivery date with no show and I now have to go DURING MY LUNCH BREAK to retrieve a package cause this post office can't do their job. You're better off using another post office if you want any type of efficiency. 1 star is generous I would put 0 stars if I could. read more

I hate this office, it's not the first time they be telling me that they attend to delivery my package in the location but they didn't have access blablbalab. And they going to delivery on the next day lie, lie, lie I be waiting for my stuff for whole week now and nothing and they tell me they send back my package to the seller and when I contact the seller he is telling me that is a lie because even in the tracking is saying that the package is on the office. I'm tired of this shit losing my fucking money. They should close this fucking office. And why they never tell me the I was supposed to go their to get my stuff like tf it past the 10 days and that why they "send it" back. Tired of this shit like I have to work to have my money and ya just making me to lose money and the seller products. read more

No star. I am stuck with this place because it is my zoned post office. It is the most horrid, worst and useless post office I have ever dealt with. The laziest bunch of morons. Besides that, if you get a package via USPS, they NEVER deliver. They claim to have "attempted delivery" and "left a notice", all untrue. I have a security camera at my front porch and door which keeps all motion saved for review. When the USPS claims they tried delivery I can check the time they claimed to have come and of course, no one came to deliver. That, coupled with the longest lines since the DMV and the pathetically stupid "customer service" agents there keeps it in the running for worst post office in New York City. I am sure there are many competitors for that trophy though. But the Tremont Station should win, because the lines half way around the block to pick up packages comes from no notices left, no delivery attempted, and the ignoramuses they allow to keep working there. read more
