There's no need to blow a gasket if you have to wait longer than 5 minutes. I've never had an issue with the staff. They do their jobs quickly, give you the boxes you need, and all the supplies to box up your package. (No scissors for the tape, so use the pens.) They are NOT racist. In fact I've seen the Asian lady working switch to speaking Mandarin when an older Chinese lady came in asking for help. Just because not all countries customer service culture is to suck up to customers with fake pleasantries and greetings, doesn't mean they are rude, or racist. I much prefer they know how to do their jobs correctly, and efficiently. This post office is small, and looks a little outdated, but it gets the job done.
