She asked me whether or not I wanted my package to be redelivered the following day or I wanted to come to pick up at UPS Customer Center. I told her I would come to pick up. Before I came to this location to pick up, I saw customers' reviews and all of those 1 star reviews made me prepare myself for going to have a negative experience. However, the staff were super nice and friendly to me. There were couple other customers there and they made friendly conversations with all of them. Maybe they changed their employees who brought negative experience to customers. Maybe the staff went through some sort of trainings to improve customer services. I don't know what happened there but overall I was happy when I came there. I don't usually writing feedbacks but this time I make exception because I want employees here know that their service does not go unnoticed. Thank you for giving me great experience when I came.

5/5 ShipNYC…read moreabsolutely crushed it for me. I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, super patient, and clearly knew their stuff. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. If you need 3D printing done right, and you want to deal with people who are both talented and actually pleasant to work with, ShipNYC is the move. Highly recommended.

Update: Just wanted to note that I received an email response from PostNet this morning,…read morecourteously notifying me that they had addressed the issue. I am thankful for that, so I updated my 1 star rating to 3. Original: Rudest customer care worker ever! I went to drop off a FedEx package this morning (4/3/2020 at 9:15am), and there was a line but to the left of the entrance is a shelving unit with packages on it and a huge sign/board (like 20x36) that reads, in bright red, "DROP OFF PACKAGES HERE, if ready to ship". I did just that (as my package was ready to ship). But, I remembered I needed a receipt and went back about 20 minutes later for one. The lady in charge came out of the back area and patronizingly told me: "Next time don't leave packages there!" I replied that I left the package there due to the sign's clear and detailed communication. She replied, "Just don't leave it there". I proceeded to read back the sign's message to her, and she rudely responded: "OK, I get it". I don't think she gets it, because she was very impolite, illogical, and just wrong in her request and attitude. My advice is: If the practice is any other than what is described.on the sign, remove it, and if you keep it up don't harass your customers when they follow instructions/regulations posted.

Excellent Printing Service & Attention to Detail…read more I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store location. Before going to the store, I called about a color-printing project involving images that needed to fit a printed template. I was directed to email the images to the store (store4461@theupsstore.com). Over the phone, Yi, the manager, was extremely helpful & assured me they could accommodate what I needed. He asked me to send the images in advance so he could print a test page first. When I arrived, that is exactly what he did, making sure everything fit the template properly before completing the job. The finished color printing came out fantastic. Throughout the entire process, Yi was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. On previous visits, I have found the staff to be equally courteous and helpful, including when I had a document notarized there. I highly recommend this UPS Store without hesitation. Whether you need quality printing, notarization, or other business services, this is a location you can rely on for professional, attentive service and excellent results. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.
