    Total mess up USPS, if I can give them 0 stars I would do so, or the only star goes to the staff GLORIA (the one at least know what she's doing) The 1st person to Complaint, their SO CALLED MANAGER MS SMITH, horrible person!!! Heard she's yelling at her staff inside the office and came out and starts yelling at me(will explain at the bottom) EXCUSE ME! I'm a customer, please be polite to me, at least I was being polite. How can she become a manager with this kind of nasty attitude, I sincerely think USPS need to send someone to investigate about this person, total piece of shit! The next person to complaint will be this Indian Guy named MD He is new guy to the job I can tell right away, seems like he don't know what he's doing, look confused and make customers go back multiple times to get 1 simple thing done, and I was the one of it. The story goes like this, I was going in to the post office to mail my SIM card to CHINA, I went in with my packed package and ready to ship, went on line like usually get assisted by this Indian Guy named MD, gave me a piece of paper CUSTOMS DECLARATION I filled and went back to the windows and check the price, it came out to be 40-45 something, so I asked if there a better and cheaper options, he gave me PRIORITY MAIL, he said just fill the empty space said FROM and TO. I got that done went back to the line to finish it up, now this time it was the other staff Gloria assisted me, she gave me another piece of paper says CUSTOMS DECLARATION AND DISPATCH NOTE she said this one goes with the PRIORITY MAIL the one I filled before only works for custom packaging. At that moment I'm speechless of that Indian Guy, he could just give me the form along with the PRIORITY MAIL. Gloria wraps everything up and I paid and about to leave, she is very kind like any usual staff, asking If I need any more help. I just remember I have 2 old money order I need to redeem for cash, so I asked her for the instructions and went to get my money order which is inside my car. I went out to get it and went back in and starts filling the info, now this time there is only 1 staff at the windows which is the newby Indian guy, waited for about 10 mins in line after he assisted the previously customer, now it's my turn. I went up to the window and started the process of money redemption, things went pretty smooth until he opened up his register saying there is insufficient funds, he couldn't help me do it, I need to go the next window which is Gloria to finish it, but Gloria wasn't there for about 15 mins already so I asked him could he called her out so I can finish it, Now sudden the customer behind me starts yelling very very angrily saying why the FxxK it's taking so long, he's trying to mail out his ready to ship items, and waited for 15 mins and can't get it done, so I felt I was stopping the way, I moved aside and let him finish his thing so I can wait for Gloria to come back and finish my things. Fast forward 3-5 mins passed, Gloria is still not there yet. I went up to the Indian guy asking if he could just open and check Gloria register to see if there any money, if not I don't want to waste my time waiting. He said he couldn't because of different sign in for the register, I said ok fine, could you ask the manger to come out and help me check, he went inside the office and get the manager. NOW MS HORRIBLE PERSON SMITH shows up, instead of patiently explain to me, she starts yelling!!! WE JUST OPEN WE DON'T HAVE ANY MONEY, WE ARE NOT A BANK, YOU DON'T JUST COME IN ASKING FOR MONEY AND WE HAVE IT READY, WE NEED TO HAVE PEOPLE COME IN AND PAY US THEN WE CAN PAY YOU. WTF seriously, excuse me all I wanted to know are if you have money from the other register for me to redeem or not, if not I can just leave I don't want to waste my time. I'm a customer I need a simple respect and simple answer, not a yell from you like I am stupid and don't understand what's going on. I decide to file a complaint, and I asked for the manger name, she answer me "MS SMITH" in a so what, I don't care, what you gonna do to me attitude. My GOD!! worst USPS experience ever!! Please send someone to investigate this station!! For good of USPS, the CUSTOMER AND THE COMMUNITY. USPS ADS on the wall YOUR BUSINESS IS IMPORTANT TO US! OUR GOAL IS 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. The staff of this station is not doing it at all!

    The wait for the service here wasn't so bad compared to the infamous Broadway Station in Astoria. LOL The clerks were nice and helpful.

    Great people and kind I got lucky and got there fast so the line wasn't really long but overall really good!!

    The only reason I come here is to pick up my packages and so far all employees have been positive and helpful to me.

    Just in a nick of time. Made it to the UPS store for it closes at 7pm. Got there around 6:40 pm…read more There was a line outside. This is a very busy UPS store. Only two staff members at the counter. FYI the line moves and staff come out to gauge how many patrons on line prior to store closing. Staff helpful when asked when package will arrive to destination. Got a receipt. Will be back again

    Absolute Nightmare - Avoid at All Costs! ​Rating: (0/5 if I…read morecould) ​Signing up with this mailbox service has been an absolute disaster and a massive liability for my personal and professional life. ​Two weeks after I signed up, I went to collect some incredibly important mail. Instead of getting my letters, I was told the business was closed due to a fire in the building. While accidents happen, their complete lack of accountability, organization, and basic customer service since then has been completely unacceptable. ​Here is what you can expect if you trust these people with your mail: ​Zero Access & Disorganization: They claimed all the mail was trapped inside but "hadn't been sorted yet." It has now been a month and a half (6+ weeks), and they still haven't figured it out. ​Clueless, Unhelpful Staff: Every time I go down there to get an update, there is an older gentleman who gives me the exact same dismissive lines: "We don't know when we will open" and "We don't know if we have received any mail for you." They show zero urgency. ​Lost & Returned Mail: Because of their incompetence, several of my time-sensitive, crucial documents are now completely missing or have been bounced back to the senders. ​Stole My Money: To top it all off, they refuse to take responsibility, they offer no solutions, and they refused to refund the money I paid for the mailbox rental. ​They took my money, locked away my private correspondence, and essentially went radio silent. They are holding my mail hostage and keeping my fee for a service they are actively failing to provide. ​Bottom line: If you value your time, your money, and your important documents, do not ever use this service. They are completely unprofessional and fundamentally unfit to run a business.
