The next day I got an email saying they picked up the packages, but no one had ever shown up. Three mail days later they STILL sit in my mailbox. They actually LIED and said they picked up when they didn't, and STILL haven't picked up. This is not the first time this has happened. My mail person does not show up at least one or two days every week, so I have to make these requests, and now they STILL don't show up! I have an online business and this is costing me money and hurting my business. USPS has become completely unreliable and a huge disappointment. Surely they can fire these incompetent people and find honest people willing to do the job right to replace them. This is beyond unacceptable. Also, they make sure there is no way to contact them and filing a complaint is a huge hassle. Something needs to be done about how horrible they have become.

Bear with them as he handles customers wanting uhauls for one way changing what size to get etc, it's a lot of work for one person. Be patient and he can help. Uhaul does have changes in policies he is abiding for and they don't make it east. Plan ahead on rentals . Plush animals and candle wick candles are my go to items other than shipping. USPS , fedx, ups now across the street, he has stamps and on this corner he's the only team here.

Being a total noob, he assisted me with my cell phone to get the return shipping labels from my email and re-printed in the store. There were other customers filtering in, and in between helping me, he helped them, which I thought was respectful, as I was probably a "handful."
