Being a total noob, he assisted me with my cell phone to get the return shipping labels from my email and re-printed in the store. There were other customers filtering in, and in between helping me, he helped them, which I thought was respectful, as I was probably a "handful." He initially said that he wasn't going to charge me for the prints, but I insisted because he was so awesome to call me and save me another back and forth trip (especially if my printer was going to be janky again!)
