This caused us to miss checks, IRS notifications, bills, etc. Now they are closed and I am having to drive to flowery branch to get my mail and our box was also receiving mail for a few other companies. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Of the owner was there, he was rude and dismissive and occasionally there was a younger kid working who wasn't trained well enough to help with anything.

Being a total noob, he assisted me with my cell phone to get the return shipping labels from my email and re-printed in the store. There were other customers filtering in, and in between helping me, he helped them, which I thought was respectful, as I was probably a "handful." He initially said that he wasn't going to charge me for the prints, but I insisted because he was so awesome to call me and save me another back and forth trip (especially if my printer was going to be janky again!)
