Bear with them as he handles customers wanting uhauls for one way changing what size to get etc, it's a lot of work for one person. Be patient and he can help. Uhaul does have changes in policies he is abiding for and they don't make it east. Plan ahead on rentals . Plush animals and candle wick candles are my go to items other than shipping. USPS , fedx, ups now across the street, he has stamps and on this corner he's the only team here.

I checked the tracking the next morning and the package had not even left the location yet at which time I called and asked about it and the person who answered would not even look up my information but kept saying that if I was told it would be there by 2 pm then it will be there. I continued to check tracking and at 10 pm on the night that the package was supposed to be delivered it finally showed that my package left the location at 6 pm so I paid for overnight service and the package had not even left the building the entire next day. I called the next day and spoke with t he manager named Brian who took no ownership of the situation and called me "dude" telling me that I would need to call UPS directly as they can do nothing for me.
