Then someone opens the half door and you show your pickup slip or other item and they go back into this huge warehouse sorting room to retrieve your package. You have to show photo ID to get your package. Pretty simple. Also noted in the barebones lobby are address change/moving packets (they have tons of coupons inside including a lowes 10% off coupon!), mail hold slips, and applications for passports. We had followed all the correct steps to forward our mail, and she eventually confirmed that everything was properly set up in the system. Only then did her attitude shift. Sadly, this wasn't our first negative interaction at this location. There seems to be a recurring tone of condescension and dismissiveness from the staff. We only came in as a last resort, hoping to get support. I'm leaving this review in hopes that this post office reflects on how they treat customers, regardless of age or appearance.

I was the first one in and the woman behind the counter was kind enough to wait for the other appointment before me since I came 20 minutes early. Small talk led to small talk and about 25 minutes later I was out of there with the high hopes of receiving a new passport within 3 weeks. While the other 2 items are processed as returns the 3rd one isn't showing up and I have to dispute the original purchase with my bank because someone here didn't do their job. Additionally this location has terrible holiday hours and bad hours in general. If you return a package a little before closing it won't be processed until the next day. Avoid this horrible location!
