She was very friendly yet professional. I felt that she thoroughly knew her duties as a Notary. Our appointment took about an hour as we needed my signature and my trustee's signature about 8x each, her as the Notary signature about 10x, and the witnesses one time each. She went through ~100 page estate/trust/PoA etc document several times from start to finish to ensure that everything was completed as necessary.
