My brother went to this place and this establishment charged $188 to over night glasses that barely weigh half a pound. I called to get clarity on why it was so expensive, the lady barely stayed on the phone with me for 1 minute. She proceeded to tell me she flew the glasses to my home. I can find a round trip flight to San Diego California for a person with luggage from Vegas that isn't even a $188. This is crazy and a scam. The glasses didn't even weight 0.5 lbs nor did they even cost that much. I asked her what the other options were, to drive them or regular delivery. She didn't have time to stay on the phone to answer me. She actually hung up the phone. This is robbery! Taking advantage of customers. Horrible customer service. I would never ever tell anyone to use this establishment. If you want to get rapped with shipping prices this is the place!!!

Our pick up time was 8AM, we were there a few minutes before he opened and he let us in early and started checking us out. When he asked how far we were going (to Arizona), he said he was going to swap out the truck he had set aside for us with a newer truck that would be more comfortable on the long trip (it hadn't been checked in yet so he took the extra time to check it in so we could have the newer truck). He gave us some pads to use and return (no charge). He said he would give us the local mileage rate because there weren't a lot of nearby return options where we were going. We were driving it round trip because it is much more expensive for one way rentals than to just drive it back to Beaumont (even at the higher mileage rate). When we returned he came out to meet us. Checked us out quickly and was very pleasant. He had to call Uhaul to override the pricing that he quoted us (very quick call) and saved us over 50% by working up the pricing that way. Would highly recommend this Uhaul dealer. He went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable and saved us a bunch of money!
