Those baskets were filthy as well. Is it too much to ask for you guys to clean up the carts? I went up to the register to pick up my 2 online orders that I placed the day before and received the email that they were ready for pick up. I showed the cashier the email I received stating my two orders were ready for pick up so he leaves the register and goes into a room comes out with a box. I don't know what's in the box so I have to take his scissors and open it and I don't see the stapler I ordered so I tell him it's missing and he's telling me the item was probably not in the store at the time and it will be delivered to my address instead and I said no, the email says it's ready for pick up, meanwhile, he walks away from me and he starts doing Amazon returns and I reiterated the fact that I had the email and I'm not coming back to the store and I doubt if it's coming to my house, now I have to wait for him to come back to me and I'm right by the exit doors where it's freezing cold, but this other man that works there I guess heard my conversation and he went into a different locker and brought me my item. I also had two purchases to make so now I have to wait for the first guy to finish the Amazon returns so he can ring me up and I see a cart in front of the store and I put all my items in there, a big box, a heavy stapler, a big box of Dunkin' Donuts coffee and other items. The man tells me I cannot take the cart out of the store and I said are you kidding me? I said I can't carry this all out. He didn't offer to help me carry it out, and I said to him what happens if I had a cart load full of things and he said you could probably pull your car up, but meanwhile, I'd have to leave my cart inside so anybody else could walk out with my stuff while I walk to my car. I just gathered it all up and struggled to get to my car. I'm done with that place. Hardly anybody working there, the cashier was wrong about my order not being there and refused to check into it and left me standing there to help other people when he should've been helping me , freezing cold store and you can't even use the cart to go to your car. The cart has to stay inside the store. So STAPLES, I hope you see this review. You need to get brand new carts and allow us to use them to take all our merchandise to our car because as of now you just lost my business. And what's with the no heat? Also too, your website is a major pain in the neck. You don't know if the items are coming to your house if the item is being delivered to the store if the item is already in the store very confusing. I'm done with that app too. STAPLES won't even get online shopping from me anymore either. It's too bad too because I used to like that store but it's gone downhill and they wonder why people want to shop online and don't go to Physical stores anymore especially when you can't even use a damn cart to take your purchases to your car. Oh, they also don't allow the little brown basket on wheels out of the store either.

So when they left the first time, l discovered my headboard was loose, which surprised me as there was no such issue in my previous residence. So l informed Allen and within a week the fellows returned to Bloomfield, New Jersey all the way from Brooklyn and attempted to tighten the headboard with unfortunately less than great success, despite much effort. It didn't occur to me until they'd left that the rails must have been reversed so yet again the gentleman returned and spent at least 45 minutes to reverse the rails with much better results. Therefore, on a scale of 1-10, a la Spinal Tap, l rate them an 11 and will not only never use another company but will sing their praises until the day l die!

However, the service and experience provided was the total opposite. It was unacceptable and negligent. The movers carelessly handled our belongings. From the moment they stepped in the door, one of the movers made a snide remark.We always expect courteous and respectful conduct. And that was not the case. They broke the blinds, damaged/chipped the wood on our furniture, lost our sofa pillows, they stuffed our belongings carelessly in a bag, our clothes were on the floor and they did not care to pick them up until I brought it to their attention. They discarded the tape rolls around the apartment as if it was a waste disposal basket. They put our sofas back as a toddler would put a toy back together. And honestly a toddler would had done a better job. The movers were negligent and extremely unprofessional. They took cigarette breaks lengthening the moving process and transferring the smell inside the space and around our belongings.One of the crew members was extremely rude and arrogant. He took our tree and banged it against the door when moving it out. Slammed the roll of black bags on the floor. He could have care less for the job he was performing. Because we paid for professional, white-glove service, we expect items to be handled with extreme care. The carelessness of the staff has resulted in leaving us with a very sour experience and it was totally the opposite of what was denoted to us in our initial conversation and in the reviews. I will never recommend their services to anyone, not even to my worse enemy. To anyone thinking of hiring this company do not go by the reviews as we did. Do your research! Be warned!

And let me tell you why they…read morearen't helpful in one sentence: It was easier for me to fly home from South America to do this paperwork process myself (for ONE document) than to have the company do it for me. Sad. I see the proprietor has challenged my review and my integrity, in doing so. To this I say, Test me. Because today was THE DAY. I had returned Wednesday from Colombia on Spirit airlines, arriving to LaGuardia Airport just before midnight. The very next day, I made a booking for a return flight on Avianca for November 23. Using this reservation, I was able to secure an appointment at the New York State Department of state for an Apostille today, November 19 at 10:45 AM. In fact, I added an extra step that this gentleman would never have been able to do and that was to get an even more current birth certificate at the New York City Department of health, which is also closed to the public. However, with my savvy that he clearly does not have I again asked for an in person appointment because of my flight to Colombia, and I was granted the opportunity to come to the New York City Department of health at any time just with a simple letter asking for an emergent appointment. Again this is something that someone in his business should know about and yet he doesn't. So within the span of two hours I went from the New York City Department of health, where I had printed a brand new birth certificate, then directly to the Manhattan county clerks office which is indeed open to the public for certification of notaries. I said hello to the folks in there before heading, 20 minutes early, to my appointment for the Apostille. Hence, as described in my earlier review, I was able to get a brand new birth certificate, have it certified and then Apostilled on the same day. I don't know how long this gentleman has been in his business, but I think I am more capable than him at his own vocation with only three days experience under my belt. So I will change my review; I feel the two stars I gave him initially were way too generous so now it's one star. Anyone reading this should know that they can do this service by themselves quicker and less expensively than using any of the services offered by the supposed Apostille experts.
