THE BEST FAMILY BUSINESS THAT GO ABOVE & BEYOND EVEN ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND....Saturday night our home was infested with these horrible scary flying giant Hornet wasps With an Autistic child on a feeding tube overnight it was imperative that we get the problem solved.The Sunday before Labor Day Jim Sr. and Jim Jr. went out of there way to solve our German Hornet problem. ..Responding on a sunday morning to our calls of desperation Jim Jr. came over after his fishing trip, assessed the situation and did his job. Jim's Busy Bee does not respond to emails or phone calls. They don't bother to respond to questions. I have used them in the past and they did an OK job but they need to be chased down and prodded. I will never use them again even if I have to pay double. It's not worth the hassle of chasing them down. If I did this to my customers I would have none. Whatever you do DO NOT use these services. You will seriously regret ever agreeing to do any sort business with this company. We requested services and after showing up one time, they never showed up ever again and never responded to any emails or phone calls when we told them we wanted to cancel the service. They then continued to bill us for the services that were never performed. We now received a notice from a debt collector expecting payment. Save yourselves the hassle!! read more

We have been using Busy Bee for over ten years. Jim's team is reliable and professional. The company offers a monthly service plan to schedule tick and mosquito spraying. We have a dog and the guys spray only at certain times to accommodate our dog. After heavy rains, will adjust the spraying schedule as well. Reasonable and reliable. read more

Do not use them! They told me one price and one thing over the phone, then another price in person. In addition, I was told different contradictory things by the guy and on the follow up all of a sudden he changed the story and said there would be an initial fee no matter what of $175 for the first visit and not the $140 for three months that I was initially told when I decided to have them come initially.
