Since this was never stated to me at the time of placement, nothing had happened. The pest droppings continued to accumulate. After very rude correspondence over the phone, I said I'm going to cancel with them and her response was, "yep that's fine." I've already spread the word as this company clearly doesn't care about it's customers or giving simple instructions. Not a good look guys.
