He came over made the assessment and placed and set traps with a camera so they knew when they captured the squirrels. After catching 2 squirrels and putting stronger wire over the entry point. Then placed another trap just in case there might have been another way in. But no more issues with the squirrels. I hope I don't have any more wildlife or other pests but if I do, I would definitely go back with Pestify. And you cannot miss their truck!

After seeing evidence of a rat, and meeting the large guy in my basement, I tried to resolve the…read moreissue myself. I found a crack in a roof drain pipe near the main sewer outlet to the street. Sealed the likely entrance, built trap boxes ( YouTube... ) and used various baits. Rats are extremely smart and fast. He'd get the food but not caught. After a a few weeks I gave in and searched for an exterinator. The reviews about Joe prompted me to get in touch. The reviews describe him perfectly ! He came the next day. We spent almost 2 hours going around the house inspecting for evidence of entry points, nests, activity as well as getting to know each other. He is truly a nice guy who knows his craft ! Joe seemed impressed by my approach. Thought, based on what he saw, that there might only be the one and didn't see any obvious additional enrty points. He suggested a few new baits and traps and we decided to stay in touch before moving to poison. He refused payment for his time and advice. He promptly replied to my status texts over the next few days. Nobody caught, no success... until I got him ! Sent Joe pictures. Recieved a congratulations reply ! Now going to keep monitoring for a few weeks, traps set. Maybe my problem is solved. Fingers crossed my visitor didn't have friends and family. I am in the process of encapsulating the crawl space of my (1955) home which I bought a year ago…read more Before sealing my crawl space I wanted to have it treated for termites since there was evidence of infestation. I spoke to a few other local Pest Control guys who were quick to sell an antiquated termite prevention system without even seeing my home or understanding what I wanted to do. A neighbor of mine had a great experience with Tom Sieminski from Team Pest so I decided to contact him via his website. Tom called me back within minutes of my online submission and we spoke for a good 10 minutes. He listened to what I wanted to do and even gave me some good (non pest control) advice. I made an appointment and Tom showed up ON TIME the next day. Tom and one of his helpers took me around the perimeter of my home, inside the crawl space all the while explaining the nature of Termites and other wood and non-wood boring insects. He even gave me a lesson on the habits of raccoons after I mentioned I had a couple on my roof the previous winter. It turns out Tom is a retired Biology and Chemistry teacher who turned a part time business to full time. I actually found out after he left, that a guy I work with was one of Tom's former students and that Tom won teacher-of-the-year some absurd about of years in a row. Hearing about this sold me on his expertise. Reading Tom's quote made it a no-brainer. He was almost $1,000 less than his nearest competitor and half as expensive as Terminex. He came back 2 weeks later (due to my unavailability), sprayed a Borate product on the sill plates in my crawl space and installed 15 Advance Termite stations around my home (took about 2 hours). He even sprayed the foundation outside my kitchen window for ants and threw in a few bait stations for free after my wife mentioned "our" ants were back. I can't say enough good things about Tom Sieminski and Team Pest Control. He is extremely professional, punctual and personable...and the PRICE was RIGHT! I signed a one year (guaranteed) contract with Team Pest and actually look forward to seeing them when they come to check the termite stations.
