My wife and I bought a house about 9 months ago.This Spring we discovered there were mice getting into the house. Team Pest Control seemed to have pretty good reviews, so we contacted them and they came out within a couple of days to check out the house. After checking on possible entry points, they set a bunch of traps and bait and after catching a few critters, the mouse problem seems to have improved. They have been back to check the traps and set out new ones about 2 or 3 times since the first. In addition, they have come out to treat for carpenter ants and we no longer have a ant problem. I have to say that Tom is always easy to get a hold of and never seems annoyed when I call him with questions. We are very happy that Team Pest Control is a Eco-Friendly Company since we have dogs and a baby.Team Pest Control's service has been worth every penny and more. I cannot recommend Team enough. Let's face it - when you have a problem like this, you need an immediate solution. I was using a local exterminator (4 Seasons) and the bug problem came back.They were extremely difficult to get in touch with, so making another appointment became impossible (I tried several times). So I searched for recommendations from this group and found many liked Greg from Team Pest Control. He came out, did a thorough inspection, and began treating our condo. He's fantastic. Couldn't be happier! Recently bought a new townhome and encountered some bug issues. Several spiders and many other bugs were inhabiting the place as we were moving in. I have tried EVERYTHING to get rid of bed bugs - sprays, covering my mattress, even other exterminators (3 to be exact), but no one except Team Pest Control was able to get rid of them. Greg was very understanding and listened well to my specific problem, came in 2 days later to do the inspection, and explained the entire process of how he would rid of the bugs for me. Now i get this is a pest control company, BUT, it is inhumane for a person to drown a racoon. The guy who owns the company, who has a license plate that reads "Team 4", went down to the marina (not far from his company), and drowned a racoon. Not cool dude, not cool at all. This was caught on film. Only a POS would do this. No i'm not a PETA freak (can't stand them), but i am a normal human being who respects the life of animals. This jerk clearly doesn't. I would not use him if he was offering free services. He should be arrested for what he did. read more

First time I had service done with this company. I called and the Tech. was here the next day. The Tech explained all my options and the process he was doing.
