He came over made the assessment and placed and set traps with a camera so they knew when they captured the squirrels. After catching 2 squirrels and putting stronger wire over the entry point. Then placed another trap just in case there might have been another way in. But no more issues with the squirrels. I hope I don't have any more wildlife or other pests but if I do, I would definitely go back with Pestify. And you cannot miss their truck!

I contacted…read moreMatthew on a Saturday morning out of the blue for a bed bug scare (saw all the positive reviews on Yelp), and within 30 minutes he was in our home, wearing a face mask (covid 19), booties, and flipping upside down our mattress, spring box, cushions, looking for evidence in every corner of the rooms we thought were infested. After finding no evidence of bed bugs, he took to inspecting a glue board we had left in our basement, using a portable microscope connected to his cell phone, and started to describe what he was seeing there - what species of mites there were, what are their hosts, etc. He took a more comprehensive look at our house inside out, asked several questions, and then urged me to go to get my bites checked by a doctor, which I did in the afternoon. This was the best advice I could have been given, as the doctor identified my bites and rash as coming from exposure to poison ivy (even though I hadn't touched weeds in over two weeks!). The bottom line is that, thanks to Matthew, we were able to have a trustworthy expert in our home check bedbugs and other bugs in no time, educate us for nearly an hour, and steer us in the right direction. This guy is not after your bucks, but rather wants to solve your bug problems the right way, and while being very pleasant to interact with. Since 6 stars is not possible with Yelp, I'll leave it at 5!

Sealed the likely entrance, built trap boxes ( YouTube... ) and used various baits. Rats are extremely smart and fast. He'd get the food but not caught. After a a few weeks I gave in and searched for an exterinator. The reviews about Joe prompted me to get in touch. The reviews describe him perfectly ! He came the next day. We spent almost 2 hours going around the house inspecting for evidence of entry points, nests, activity as well as getting to know each other. He is truly a nice guy who knows his craft ! Joe seemed impressed by my approach. Thought, based on what he saw, that there might only be the one and didn't see any obvious additional enrty points. He suggested a few new baits and traps and we decided to stay in touch before moving to poison. He refused payment for his time and advice. He promptly replied to my status texts over the next few days. Nobody caught, no success... until I got him ! Sent Joe pictures. Recieved a congratulations reply ! Now going to keep monitoring for a few weeks, traps set. Maybe my problem is solved. Fingers crossed my visitor didn't have friends and family. She took the time to communicate with me even before we hired her. I couldn't believe how much she knew, including more than 2 doctors! Her price point was in line with every other company. I had never experienced bedbugs and knew nothing about them or the signs. Sam took care of everything! I did all sorts of things to ban the beasts (zappers, planting smelly flowers, citronella candles, etc) but nothing worked. Two years ago, my friend told me about Nicole's company, so I gave it a try. This is my 3rd season with Eviction Skeeter, because IT REALLY WORKS!
