I skipped over with my grandson and once we were done finally assembling the box, we bring it over and she tells us we can't use it with first class! She said we had to use our OWN box and when we asked for tape she said "we aren't allowed to give you any". How rude right in town!! So I went to Mattituck post office on Love Lane and was helped kindly by a older man who pointed out to us we could use a envelope they had for only $1.20! We were in and out within 2 mins! I bought a paddle board for my wife at EESG a year ago. The experience was very good, and I was happy to support a local business. A year later we had a warping problem with the board. I went in and spoke with the owner, who was very accommodating and easy to talk to. He said they'd look at it and see what they could do, but came up with every legitimate reason why it would have warped. I was getting ready for battle. Steve, the owner, emailed me after inspecting the board and told me that EESG and the manufacturer, Riviera, would stand by the product and give me a new board. I couldn't have been more satisfied. A great reason to not only go to EESG, but to patronize local vendors instead of buying on-line!
