So when they left the first time, l discovered my headboard was loose, which surprised me as there was no such issue in my previous residence. So l informed Allen and within a week the fellows returned to Bloomfield, New Jersey all the way from Brooklyn and attempted to tighten the headboard with unfortunately less than great success, despite much effort. It didn't occur to me until they'd left that the rails must have been reversed so yet again the gentleman returned and spent at least 45 minutes to reverse the rails with much better results. Therefore, on a scale of 1-10, a la Spinal Tap, l rate them an 11 and will not only never use another company but will sing their praises until the day l die!

However, the service and experience provided was the total opposite. It was unacceptable and negligent. The movers carelessly handled our belongings. From the moment they stepped in the door, one of the movers made a snide remark.We always expect courteous and respectful conduct. And that was not the case. They broke the blinds, damaged/chipped the wood on our furniture, lost our sofa pillows, they stuffed our belongings carelessly in a bag, our clothes were on the floor and they did not care to pick them up until I brought it to their attention. They discarded the tape rolls around the apartment as if it was a waste disposal basket. They put our sofas back as a toddler would put a toy back together. And honestly a toddler would had done a better job. The movers were negligent and extremely unprofessional. They took cigarette breaks lengthening the moving process and transferring the smell inside the space and around our belongings.One of the crew members was extremely rude and arrogant. He took our tree and banged it against the door when moving it out. Slammed the roll of black bags on the floor. He could have care less for the job he was performing. Because we paid for professional, white-glove service, we expect items to be handled with extreme care. The carelessness of the staff has resulted in leaving us with a very sour experience and it was totally the opposite of what was denoted to us in our initial conversation and in the reviews. I will never recommend their services to anyone, not even to my worse enemy. To anyone thinking of hiring this company do not go by the reviews as we did. Do your research! Be warned!

I could NOT be more pleased with the way things went. She found space on the walls where I wasn't even looking. Room on my shelves where there didn't seem to be any left. It's unreal how much space you can save by simply being creative in the most amazing of ways. This woman is a god send and I could not be happier about the outcome. Can you even imagine receiving the news that ¾ of your valuables, heirlooms, and memorabilia--including those of your recently deceased husband--are missing because the movers amazingly LOST an ENTIRE CRATE of boxes? It's heartbreaking and frustrating and financially devastating! I remain ready and willing to resolve this matter, but they have ignored my recent pleas for fair reimbursement. Moving is an incredibly stressful and costly process anyway, but this takes the cake. Please consider this in choosing your mover!

Mattresses are all black and ripped underneath. And they were in perfect condition before the move. My total bill was 10k! I was totally disgusted in myself for all I packed. Everything was piled into one room in the condo! Not where I had written them. Right smack in the middle of the living and dining room. The manager kept calling wanting to know where and what these men were doing. My wi if was not set up yet to do her, manager bill on Zelle. That was an easy fix because I had it turned on by company but just had not gotten to set it up. So she was waiting to see payment on her end. I had things in their truck furniture that was too large to fit through door way. and was charged $99.00 a day! So $990.00 because they could not fit them in, the pieces were too big. So some were left in the truck for 10 days until I could clear the wall off from boxes that they were going to go right in that very spot. It cost me a chunk of money for using their truck as storage. It was such a mercy-less company! Greedy and cruel! And those big trucks just sit there on the lots dozens of them! Charged big money if you used their boxes. I was totally at their mercy and no way out! I still had things in their truck! It was the most stressful and expensive move, and I was only 5 towns away! I totally wised up the last pick up at my storage unit. Took my 2 pieces of furniture and 2 boxes and I grabbed my sewing machine. I left other things behind. If I get a chance I will empty the room out. That is only $100 a MONTH! But Tristate charging me $99.00 a day was ridiculous for 3 pieces of furniture in there! I wasn't holding a truck up, they have a whole fleet of them! The trucks are filthy inside. The whole thing was very very stressful! The manager also wanted a review. Well here it is. She didn't want them to leave without a review! Save your money people. Make sure you pack your own. I had to hurry on my end and only had one person helping me pack 2 times a week. It had to be a quick move. My seller wanted out of her condo. Then her attorney decided she needed a vacation so it upped my date even more. If there was anything that happened it happened and kept snow balling! No family help, they offered but didn't really want to do it. Never said we will be here such a such a day. Just offered and that was it. The whole thing was awful!

I made sure to wrap things and they did not care they took the wrap off my mattress and dragged it in the nyc street and through the building. 500$ mattress now stained and dirty. Same thing with my couch they took the plastic off and dragged it. They broke my tv stand and my legs of my bedroom set. I then also tipped the guys after since i felt bad them coming all the way up to the 4th floor only to find out they also took a 100$ in my payment for a tip as well if i knew about this i wouldn't have tipped on top. I wouldn't use again even if they were free.
