Island Movers came to the property at the same time as the truck driver, they unloaded, uncrated, installed, and removed all debris upon leaving. They did not rush my clients and were deemed very polite by my clients mother. I will be using them for any other installs that I have in the area and I am very happy with using them. Minor issue but this was NOT an Ikea purchase. I spent well over $4000 for a bedroom unit that is opposite my bed and stare at. I notified Robin of the issue on December 16, 2025. Robin is very responsive but she doesn't seem to have any influence on the scheduling of repairs. After 2 or 3 emails, it is now February 7, 2026 and I still have not heard from anyone or been scheduled for correction. I am happy with the product but the lack of resolution after almost 2 months will make me think twice before using Closet By Design again.
