I have no idea what kind of scam they were trying to pull but I guess if you're shipping from 11968 you gotta be rich, right? She then went to the Post Office and sent it "Priority" for $21.99. No idea if that is ground or air but it took 3 business days. Regardless, awful look for our local UPS Store. Go to Post Office or Dunkerly's.

Thankfully, the balloon shop called me two hours before the party to let me know that no one had showed up, so I was able to frantically deploy relatives to pick everything up. And no picked up their phone when I twice called to confirm whether anyone was coming. The worst part? After I sent two follow up e-mails to Vamus expressing my disappointment and asking what had gone wrong, they could not be bothered to acknowledge or apologize for what is clearly their mistake. Had they owned up to it, I might have been willing to use them again.
