I skipped over with my grandson and once we were done finally assembling the box, we bring it over and she tells us we can't use it with first class! She said we had to use our OWN box and when we asked for tape she said "we aren't allowed to give you any". How rude right in town!! So I went to Mattituck post office on Love Lane and was helped kindly by a older man who pointed out to us we could use a envelope they had for only $1.20! We were in and out within 2 mins! Bad example for my grandson over at this post office.

UPDATE: Well, well, well. Looks like the package was indeed received on December 21, 2022. However…read moresomeone put the package in the WRONG MAILBOX. And, because Zach TA refused to even look for the package, it wasn't discovered in the wrong box until I posted the one star review. I received a prompt reply from someone at the store who urged me to file a claim. Well I wouldn't have to spend time filing a claim (already did it's a pain in the arse and got me nowhere) if anyone could be bothered to LOOK FOR IT. This sort of work ethic is ridiculous. Zach is such a quiet quitter that looking for a lost package was beneath him. I literally have receipts. The pics show the email I received TWO MONTHS after the package arrived. And the label they tried to hide that showed they put the package in Trevor Arthur's mailbox. Nice try though. The staff at this store needs an attitude adjustment and if I was the owner I would consider firing Zach. Again, I can't stress this enough. This store is lazy and you probably won't get your mail. Lastly, I got a PO Box at the post office. It was cheaper, the staff was much nicer and I always got my mail.
