I thought that this was incredible, and not the response that I have received at other stores. This little support made it so that I didn't need to drive home to edit the paper. Overall the rest of the store was well packed and organized, and the staff at this store was helpful in the other departments as well.

(On a previous visit, I noticed that a staff-member did not answer a persistently ringing telephone,) It is clear to me that Staples in Hadley M.A. has a managerial-level failure in the area of recruitment and supervision. When you visit this location right now, expect all the normal services that you need along with some other additions like glass partitions to keep the workers safe and healthy. If you need hand sanitizer, just ask. They keep it behind the desk. Now on to the normal review. I've been using this post office now for over a year and I haven't had any issues. The employees are friendly and helpful. When I have issues or am confused about how to write out something, they are always really willing to help. This is the only post office within the city, I believe, so you may come here because of lack of choices, but you won't be disappointed.
