These people are the type who will spend 30 minutes trying to find a way to avoid 3 minutes worth of work. Their latest attempt, is to refuse to deliver your mail, if you don't offer a full turnaround driveway. I won't miss this service, as the carrier has never bothered to leave a package anyway. I've taken days off from work to wait for packages, just to have a note left in my box that states "delivery was attempted, but nobody was home". This Post Office is the reason that Fedex and UPS are doing so well.

When I walked into the store I asked one of the employees for what items they had and he seemed a bit confused. His co-worker pointed me towards the books they have for invitation templates and I spend some time looking through the items. While looking at what they had for invitations I quickly realized that the prices were high and that I could probably get better options online for cheaper. Since that was the case I ask the employee if I could bring in my own stock and have them printed on it. This was an option and he politely gave me the business card to call about further questions. In the end I didn't print anything but was able to ask them a few different questions. The staff seems nice enough but it would have been more pleasant if I had received a little bit more support around questions. Even though that was the case, I know that what I was asking of them probably isn't typical day-to-day questions so I appreciate the time they took to support me.

Walked in to see a giant wall of a security guard (6'6" guessing) in front of me. He inquired of my visit. I was renewing the registration on my utility trailer. He asked if I had my license, of course. Then gave me a ticket for standing in line. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I love this registry for the speed and the fact that most of the people here are fabulous. I also found out a few weeks ago that I had been over paying for this trailer because it was listed at the incorrect weight. I thought I'd have to go through all kinds of hoops to get it fixed. The gracious RMV worker had it done in a moment for me. And said that she was sorry that I had been over paying for the last 6 years. Yep, at least it's done now.!!!

Website says drop off registrations have a faster turn around and as this was closest to my location, I dropped off the needed forms on Friday. A week goes by and I hear NOTHING back. I called, was on hold for an hour and then told to email them. I emailed them, they requested my info, sent it over and then heard nothing back. Now a week and a half has gone by. Called again. Hold for two hours. Told to go to the location. Once there I was told I missed a form and that they tried to call me the same day as drop off (checked call log and had no missed calls from them, also they had my email on my file but didn't inform me at all of a missing form). Brought back the needed form. Waited another two days and finally got a confirmation, only to be told on arrival that I need to bring in ANOTHER FORM (which the email I received does not mention). A WASTE OF TIME. I understand infrastructure is struggling with the pandemic but we're a year in. While the RMV seemed outdated before, this is just a disgrace.

In Los Angeles I would bring my articles to the cleaners and they would say, "OK see you tomorrow!" No so here. I brought theses people a few silk shirts and a quilt. They picked through and examined the shirts meticulously, explaining why each one was either "already water damaged" or would need "special pressing" and thus my shirts would cost almost $15 a pop to clean. My friend brought a shirt in last year and after they cleaned it they told him never ot come again because the shirt was "too dirty". The quilt they refused to take because it "had too much cat hair" on it and it might break their machine. Really? Do these people want business or what? Do people bring them clothes that are already clean? These people live in a dream world.
