All the cleaning is green at no extra charge & they clean Ugg boots & do alterations as well, all with a smile. I plan to work with this small business for all my clothing needs. One thing to be aware of is that any items they send out to their Holyoke location to be cleaned might not be returned until after 3 or 4pm on the day of pickup, so plan accordingly!!

I mentioned it when I went in initially as the way she had it pinned made it look like it would be shorter in the back but she assured me that was just the way she pinned it and the finished product would be fine. It is not. It's not even wearable at this point. I will never go back here. They have no idea what they're doing. It should be zero stars. I used their laundry service following a surgery when I couldn't get into…read moremy basement for awhile. They picked up my laundry and returned it two days later than promised. They obviously did not use the laundry detergent I sent with the laundry because the towels came out rough and scratchy and had to be rewashed by me. They also did not return the brand new bottle of laundry detergent to me. (Yes, that was silly of me to give to them but silly me trusted them.) When I complained, they promised to credit me the cost of the detergent. That was 3 months ago and it hasn't happened, despite promises as recent as few weeks ago. Do NOT use them.
