They where so rude to her that she actually took my comforter back and we went somewhere else. I believe that people who work in this industry need to realize that young adults may never have had anything to dryclean before. So they might need to explain how you accomplish this task. On Sunday, I found myself in need of a laundromat, as my washing machine had spun it's last spin cycle. I wanted a place relatively close and decided to try Laundromagic. What a wise choice!! Aaron and Alyssa greeted me with smiles and pleasant "hellos". Now I haven't been in a laundromat for many a year and ,therefore, had many questions. A neophyte in the laundromat! They were both very patient and pleasant. They would frequently dry mop the floor, reorganize the baskets and anticipated individuals requiring a dryer. The televisions were set on different channels, including one with cartoons for the children and then the pizza arrived along with a pleasant invitation from Aaron to help ourselves. It is very clean, in fact the floor is cleaner than the floor at Friendly's on Northampton, safe and provides a welcoming environment. Aaron and Alyssa are gems and exceptionally professional. Definite assets! Elena R.

Hate laundry....LOVE this place…read more The machines are fantastic, and I love that a wash here sanitizes your laundry (on cold). The dryers WORK (if you know, you know). My laundry dry time is about 30m. At other places, sometimes it takes FOREVER. I guess it's because they take great care of their machines. All of this plus card readers on the machines make my laundry trips SO much quicker than before. Staff is super friendly too, and I've used their wash and fold service in a pinch. 10/10 recommend. Decent price. They really take care of your laundry like it's their own. I travel out of my way to come here because it's truly the best laundromat I've ever been to. I'm in and out and my clothes are clean! That's everything I want.
