If I asked to open the bathroom or needed help with my laundry card I was always helped . The place at times depending who worked at night me would be alil trashy but I do understand that the place can get very busy , but now as I got older and moved on in life I've still attended this laundry . I've seen lots of improvement to be honest . For example I went on Tuesday 10/9/18 to wash and the place was very clean , nothing on the floor the bathroom has been WAY much cleaner I noticed they have new staff who still til this day have treated me well idk what others have went through but maybe sometimes it's our own selfs who judge ... on that note on Tuesday the 18th my phone was taken from my purse and I was very hurt by this altercation , but I can't blame the employee nor customers I blame the ones who came very fishy into the laundry .. I saw the person rush out and run but log story short I just had to say how I honestly feel about this laundry been going since they first opened I remember when the place use to be FLOWERS lol yea that's how back I remember it . This place is a good laundry mat i rate it a 5 hands down ! Unlike the one on Boston Rd in Springfield that people have got shot at and my clothes have been damaged there by dryers and a washer bursted on me about 1 month ago and the manager had to help me with a new one .. just because that happend to me does not mean I will stop going . I want to keep going and keep seeing the better outcomes in this laundry mat as I been seeing it for the past couple months now thank u so much for your service and help . I look forward to washing my clothes here next week

Last week when I went to the Boston Road, Springfield MA location I left thoroughly disgusted with…read moreLaundromax. I posted an in-depth review of the most unfortunate happenstance, behavior of the "manager on duty" was the epitome of unprofessional. I received a response from someone at the corporate level who has yet to respond to my simple questions. There was $16.00 remaining on my laundry card so I went back to the scene of the crime. This time there was but one washing machine out of order. Always a good thing. The machines I used were in excellent working order, from pre wash to final rinse and spin. What I wasn't told last week is there is an option for drying the laundry at no cost, unless the customer chooses to pay. The timing is at 20 minute intervals, which poses no problem. Although the aforementioned is the complete opposite of last week's debacle, I have yet to be given reply as to why I received no refund for the monies spent on a larger machine $14.00 having to use the $8.00 at no cost to myself. I spent $14.00 on a machine that didn't work and had to jam a huge load of laundry into a medium sized machine with the wasted soap not being replaced. IF THERE IS "NO REFUND" AT ANY LAUNDROMAX LOCATION, THE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL PROCEDURE IS TO POST A SIGN INFORMING THE CUSTOMER BEFORE HAND.

The area is kept nice and clean and they have places for you to fold clothes and sit and wait for your clothes while they wash. The also have tables and chairs outside which is nice. The assistant helped me with any questions that I had. They also have a station to make change and wash your hands which is great. Of course I do wish they wouldn't charge to dry clothes but other than that 5/5 !

The good thing about this place, aside from the fact it is open 24 hours, is that it is coin op OR you use Apple or Google pay on your phone, instead of a card, via the QR reader. It is great and saves you the hassle of getting a laundry card you may never use again. Patrons are generally mask wearing so no worries there. The prices for washing are reasonable and the machines are well maintained. I found for drying it is a bit pricey (6 minutes/25 cents) but they do dry quickly. I would recommend coming here, though not too late because it can get deserted at times and it's not well lit. Though there are cameras around it's not the safest after 11, IMO.
