This pisses me off alot cuz I have a small window to do my laundry sometimes and when I come in 2 hours before closing, no one should be telling me I cant use certain machines and that because she already mopped now i have to use two smaller machines instead of the one big one and spend more money all because she wants to get out early. I received a response from someone at the corporate level who has yet to respond to my simple questions. There was $16.00 remaining on my laundry card so I went back to the scene of the crime. This time there was but one washing machine out of order. Always a good thing. The machines I used were in excellent working order, from pre wash to final rinse and spin. What I wasn't told last week is there is an option for drying the laundry at no cost, unless the customer chooses to pay. The timing is at 20 minute intervals, which poses no problem. Although the aforementioned is the complete opposite of last week's debacle, I have yet to be given reply as to why I received no refund for the monies spent on a larger machine $14.00 having to use the $8.00 at no cost to myself. I spent $14.00 on a machine that didn't work and had to jam a huge load of laundry into a medium sized machine with the wasted soap not being replaced. IF THERE IS "NO REFUND" AT ANY LAUNDROMAX LOCATION, THE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL PROCEDURE IS TO POST A SIGN INFORMING THE CUSTOMER BEFORE HAND.

I called the location to get some more info and I immediately got a response. The area is kept nice and clean and they have places for you to fold clothes and sit and wait for your clothes while they wash. The also have tables and chairs outside which is nice. The assistant helped me with any questions that I had. They also have a station to make change and wash your hands which is great. Of course I do wish they wouldn't charge to dry clothes but other than that 5/5 !

The good thing about this place, aside from the fact it is open 24 hours, is that it is coin op OR you use Apple or Google pay on your phone, instead of a card, via the QR reader. It is great and saves you the hassle of getting a laundry card you may never use again. Patrons are generally mask wearing so no worries there. The prices for washing are reasonable and the machines are well maintained. I found for drying it is a bit pricey (6 minutes/25 cents) but they do dry quickly. I would recommend coming here, though not too late because it can get deserted at times and it's not well lit. Though there are cameras around it's not the safest after 11, IMO.
