I posted an in-depth review of the most unfortunate happenstance, behavior of the "manager on duty" was the epitome of unprofessional. I received a response from someone at the corporate level who has yet to respond to my simple questions. There was $16.00 remaining on my laundry card so I went back to the scene of the crime. This time there was but one washing machine out of order. Always a good thing. The machines I used were in excellent working order, from pre wash to final rinse and spin. What I wasn't told last week is there is an option for drying the laundry at no cost, unless the customer chooses to pay. The timing is at 20 minute intervals, which poses no problem. Although the aforementioned is the complete opposite of last week's debacle, I have yet to be given reply as to why I received no refund for the monies spent on a larger machine $14.00 having to use the $8.00 at no cost to myself. I spent $14.00 on a machine that didn't work and had to jam a huge load of laundry into a medium sized machine with the wasted soap not being replaced. IF THERE IS "NO REFUND" AT ANY LAUNDROMAX LOCATION, THE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL PROCEDURE IS TO POST A SIGN INFORMING THE CUSTOMER BEFORE HAND.

I called the location to get some more info and I immediately got a response. The area is kept nice and clean and they have places for you to fold clothes and sit and wait for your clothes while they wash. The also have tables and chairs outside which is nice. The assistant helped me with any questions that I had. They also have a station to make change and wash your hands which is great. Of course I do wish they wouldn't charge to dry clothes but other than that 5/5 !
