The place is MAGIC. Clothes come back clean and folded in the same day. Each item comes back crisp, fresh, and perfectly handled. Very pleasant, friendly and attentive staff - feel like home and the way grandma used to treat our clothes. It exudes a welcoming, homely feel with very friendly staff. I hate doing laundry... especially FOLDING! This place manages to make it ALMOST an enjoyable experience. The whole time you are there the employees are cleaning the machines, floors, etc.... and they appear to respond pleasantly when you ask them a question! After going here for months the clothes are actually coming out CLEANER, because THEY CLEAN THE LINT FILTERS (unlike my previous place)! read more

This is the only laundromat my boyfriend and I go to. They are very clean, organized and free pizza on sunday! With that being said, a wash is 10 dollars with quarters (biggest load on hot) and free dry! I am able to fit both my boyfriends and i's clothes, and sheets and blankets in two big machine. I am sitting her watching the staff wash every inch of the machines and disinfecting the insides as well. My clothes come out washed and smelling good every time. A few times I have used the card machine (that includes apple pay) on the washer, the only down side to that, is the machine holds a 14.00 deposit for a day or so. Convenient but also don't really want to leave a deposit. Staff is helpful and friendly! Nice new flatscreens and machines. I live about 20 minutes away from this laundromat but it is totally worth it! read more

I dropped my laundry off to get done and it came back missing with EXPENSIVE pieces of laundry. Two pairs of under armor shorts $25 each, $25 nike pros, my $100 lulu lemon leggings. And my boyfriend was missing his $20 carhartt hat as well as his insulated sweatpants. He's also missing two pairs of expensive puma wear pants. When I called to ask if they had them, they said they haven't seen them. Very unsatisfied. Never going there again. read more

LaundroMagic is way more modern than your average laundromat! The washers and dryers are all brand new and had many larger washers and dryers as well as medium and small. I had zero wait time when washing and drying comforters and large blankets. As many laundromats are doing today, if you pay for the wash, they pay for the dryers but as an incentive they offer a $1 off on Wednesdays and Fridays on your wash when you pay in cash AND FREE pizza on Sundays from 4pm-6pm! You can NOT beat that! This place is always clean and tidy seeing how the owner's are ALWAYS on the move and super helpful when you have questions!! There are closer laundromats to me but LaundroMagic is worth the drive just to get great service! read more

I had planned to write and submit a review for Trip Advisor. However, laundromats are not a topic of interest for them. On Sunday, I found myself in need of a laundromat, as my washing machine had spun it's last spin cycle. I wanted a place relatively close and decided to try Laundromagic. What a wise choice!! Aaron and Alyssa greeted me with smiles and pleasant "hellos". Now I haven't been in a laundromat for many a year and ,therefore, had many questions. A neophyte in the laundromat! They were both very patient and pleasant. They would frequently dry mop the floor, reorganize the baskets and anticipated individuals requiring a dryer. The televisions were set on different channels, including one with cartoons for the children and then the pizza arrived along with a pleasant invitation from Aaron to help ourselves. It is very clean, in fact the floor is cleaner than the floor at Friendly's on Northampton, safe and provides a welcoming environment. Aaron and Alyssa are gems and exceptionally professional. After checking out their website I decided to give this place a try and I was very impressed! The place was absolutely spotless and doesn't have that gross old clothes/chemical smell laundromats usually have. They have flat screen TVs, Wifi, and seating. The attendants were super friendly and told me all about the place. They have free pizza certain days and a raffle every Sunday as well as coupons on their website and on Stop n' Shop receipts. The attendants even opened the door for me every time I lugged baskets in and out. I paid 13.50 on my credit card (the machine takes them) for 3 loads of wash and 2 loads of drying. It might be a little more than average but I got extra rinses on some extra dirty stuff and it is well worth it considering cleanliness, amenities, and knowing a none of my clothes are going to get ruined in bad equipment. read more
