The owner of the laundry (a friend) no longer trusted them to take away eight 13-gallon bags of her clothing and household items. We both reached out by telephone. I have emailed numerous times. The area is kept nice and clean and they have places for you to fold clothes and sit and wait for your clothes while they wash. The also have tables and chairs outside which is nice. The assistant helped me with any questions that I had. They also have a station to make change and wash your hands which is great.
