When I telephoned UPS an associate (I know the name) told me that my mailbox had been deactivated and someone else had the mailbox, regardless of the fact that I had paid for a full three months. After many calls I spoke to the Manager, Tracee, who assured me that my mailbox was still active and that she would promise to forward my mail to me. Eventually, I received my mail but I was too stressed out during that period which was completely unecessary.

She was rude, unprofessional and was rudely talking to me over the nice young man who was helping me. So rude that another male customer apologized to me for her behavior. Totally incompetent from one end to another…read more My package was mailed in Haftselle Al and sent to Tucumcari NM. It had the correct address but a wrong label put on package which sent package to Fredrickburg, Virginia. That started on April 1. It is now May 29 and the package has not arrived. Postal employees have told me that it was stuck in a "loop". The package has traveled "back and forth" for months. One side of US to the other. I have talked to Tucumcari postal employees and Alabama employees and have been assured that everyone is aware of the error. There are apparently gobs of pics of mistake but still no package. Ive talked to the "hot line" who cant do anything. Now the tracking number says it enroute to the next location but no one can answer what location that is.
