This is a locally owned location and the manager said they are "not UPS employees" and do not accept packages that require a signature for drop off even when those are generated off the UPS site. VERY RUDE OWNER! I was processing 22 separate Amazon returns at the self service counter. The owner kept coming over and stopping me to work on the printer. When I finally got everything processed, it would only print a receipt for one return. I told him and he got real pissy and said '"THAT'S BECAUSE IT TIMED OUT." Would have not had that problem if he had just let me finish my returns first. I also made a mistake and checked to ship in a box, so he tries to sell me one of their expensive boxes. Because I did not have a receipt for the returns, I had to pull everything out and take a picture so I could prove it was returned. read more

the employees were so nice and very helpful, the prices are pretty iffy but thats if you dont buy from Walmart or something because it is the ups store so they do tax their things but other then that pretty good, sometimes they have big lines better to go in the morning honestly. read more

I love this store. Employees are terrific. But here's the thing. It seems if you drop a package off at one of these places, and get a receipt, that means NOTHING! One return to Amazon I couldn't track. UPS had no record of my receipt number. Go back to the store. They said they couldn't do anything because UPS picks up all the packages, and they must have missed scanning. And there was no scanning down the line. It was lost between the store and UPS. We just came here to do a return for Amazon. We came just a few minutes before they closed. The doors were locked, before closing time. When finally a employee opened the door and rudely shouted "GO! You have 3 minutes" no people skills and no manners. You shouldn't talk to your customers like that. We were being nice and we were treated poorly. And we were gone before closing time. I shipped a return package to California in June 2020, but lost the tracking number. Val helped me find the tracking number so I knew exactly were it was. Keep in mind, this was a very expensive computer part. She went above and beyond trying to find the information and explain to me how California has a delayed delivery status during this COVID stuff. read more

I came into return some Amazon products and was harassed and belittled by one of the employees for wearing my mask inside the store. He harassed me during the entire transaction and made me feel like I never want to go back in there! It was very unprofessional and I can't help but think how many other customers he has harassed?? Made an appointment for notary services a week in advance, December 27th for January 3rd at 10:30 am. When we showed up for our appointment, there was at least 10 people in line to ship stuff, I went up and asked the gentleman if we had to wait in line since we had an appointment and he said we did. I guess they don't honor appointments and it's really first come, first serve. Kenny then continued to argue with me but it makes sense because he's the owner, so he doesn't care about customer service. He kept making comments about us only waiting 2 minutes, he asked what time our appointment was and then proceeded to accuse us of being late for our appointment. I let him know that we actually weren't late, we just waited for an opening to ask a question. We made it through the line at 10:45am and Kenny was rude more than once. I simply said we just won't make an appointment last time because there's no point, he said he hadn't checked his email so he didn't know there was an appointment. I guess this business owner doesn't check his email for a week? When I said we likely wouldn't use this location anymore he yelled "THANK GOD" Kenny - your response is full of lies. We arrived around 10:28 for our 10:30 appointment, you helped 3 guests when I was finally able to ask if we had to wait in line even with an appointment. You finally helped us at 10:45. I don't know why you insist on continuing to say we waited 2 minutes. We did NOT. We checked out at 10:56. It doesn't matter if you make it through lines quickly, why offer an appointment time if we have to get in line behind all of the walk-ins?? You also don't get to say you offered excellent customer service, because you aren't the customer receiving your service. I, the customer, get to decide the level of service we received. YOUR customer service specifically is always shitty. I use this location often and the other people who work there have always been great, but this is my third encounter with you and each one has been lousy. This is a convent location and has friendly staff. Other than that its not that great. The staff is friendly but also unorganized, I get told by one person that my package is completely missing. I get told by another that the drivers lost it. I get told by another employee that it was actually delivered. Well come to find out that it was returned to the store like my email notified me it had. So after two trips and multiple phone calls I received my package. I never had an issue with the employees trying their best to help, I believe it was more of an issue with them being properly trained, as well making sure that the manager has the store organized and knows what is happening where. The workers at this location have no common sense. When dropping off a pre labelled 120lb package the woman who helped us thought it would be a good idea to make us lift it onto the counter. After getting a receipt she asked us to help take it off the counter instead of asking a worker who was more than able. I came to this store to mail a passport which I had explained to the clerk. I stated that it needed to be delivered promptly to my son in Az. and tracked. He assured me it would arrive in 2 days. A week later, the passport is lost. This store mailed the passport regular mail instead of UPS I came to find out. When I told them the passport did not arrive, the clerk had no useful information on how to locate it and told me they mailed it regular mail because it was cheaper than UPS. They made this assumption without even asking me. Very negligent! I wanted it sent UPS so it would arrive quickly and be tracked. I am furious and will never use this store again. read more

I was supposed to get a packed last Tuesday 2/2/2010 it is now Tuesday 2/9/2010 yet I still have not received my package. Big deal right? You're in, out, and on your merry way at the UPS store. I've returned a few Amazon items through them, and I literally drop off my package and go. I'm in and out in less than a minute. They also have a USPS mail drop box, which is awesome. They have packaging tape and everything you could need to put a package together, too. I haven't had any issue with them. And it doesn't hurt that they are in my neighborhood. read more

I went in Thursday to fax some paperwork for a new job! When I entered there was a lady in front of me faxing Also! There was a problem with the fax line it was busy or something anyway they tried a couple of times! The owner asked me what she could do for me while we were waiting and I told her I needed to fax also, so the took my papers including the cover sheet and said she would get it going! Faxed, paid and left! Noticed Saturday morning that the fax number was wrong so being a new job I ran out the door to fax it again! When I got there, there was a line so after waiting a few minutes I finally got up to the counter the owner that I helped me that Thursday was working Saturday morning also. So when I got to the counter she asked me how I was I said I'm not doing very well I said there was a problem with the fax and that she had faxed it to the wrong number. In the anxiety of reviewing the fax earlier that day I saw that the fax number was from where it was sent not and to the number it would be going! So after she made it clear that I was in the wrong and I admitted and I apologized and I said my bad! I stepped to the side to review and just make sure that every doubt was answered for my peace of mind.Well the customer behind me needed to fax also and the owner made a remark that she he could fax it to my number and she laughed and the guy laughed. Which I did not find funny at all since this was for a new job and I turned around and told both of them that that was not funny at all and I walked out the door. I've been in retail, I have helped many customers and I know that when a customer is wrong they are always right. I admitted I was wrong and not once did she say oh OK no problem or I'm glad it wasn't a problem or Hope you get the job or anything to that effect even after I told her it was not funny! She still didn't apologize! I've been going to this UPS store for quite some time I need to fax on a regular basis but they have lost my business the owner is one of those type of people that think that since she's in charge and she's the owner it's her way or no way! she always comments about how this is her store she is always mentioning my store, maybe if she would put on a smile and stop watching the clock and her watch, she would make people want to come to her business and she would have enough payroll to hire more help so she would not have to work herself! read more

I have used this UPS location since I have lived here, and they have been in the current location. I have always found the owner and staff to be efficient and professional. Only this morning I called at 8am because I had misplaced the receipt with my tracking number. They quickly check my file, and gave me that number. Even during the peak shipping season of Christmas they always been professional and efficient. Love having them in the neighborhood, and rarely go anywhere else. read more

Owner is utterly rude and has no care for your business. He consistently refuses to provide receipts for proof of shipment although his employees will when he is not present. Told me to take a picture with my phone of the package. T-Mobile does not accept random mobile phone pictures as proof that a device was sent back to them, and will charge $500 if a returned device goes missing. read more
